We were excited to try the Chateau Sunday brunch- as we needed a new holiday brunch spot after The Keeter Center discontinued their Sunday offerings. The Chateau Brunch did not disappoint! We loved that all eggs were made to order, and that the mimosas and bloody Mary's were included. NJ was a wonderful and attentive server. The variety of foods were outstanding- the pastries and desserts, especially. Our families only complaints- we would love to see crackers or lavosh offered with the cheese charcuterie spread- that seemed weird they were missing. Also, the chicken and short rib entrees were mediocre at best. The short ribs were tough and couldn't be cut with our knife.

This was an amazing opportunity to share Thanksgiving dinner with my family. The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. The valet was awesome. If you're ever looking for a place to dine with your family for the holidays this is your place if you're ever in Branson.

Our food never arrived. We waited almost 2 hours. We finally paid the bill for our wine and left. Such a shame because the venue is beautiful and the bread was delicious. They made excuse after excuse. Don't eat here unless you have 6 hours to spare.

Fantastic experience. Our first time there we were very impressed with the buffet. All waitress did a fantastic job with us and explaining everything to us. Strongly recommend anyone on a special occasion or just a regular Audi to enjoy their selves with this restaurant

Service was excellent, Christina was the best. Food was excellent, presentation and quality was excellent. Salad fork and spoon would not be amiss for over a two hundred meal. Atmosphere was very good, quiet and comfortable.

Service and ambiance were outstanding. The food quality was great, but the serving temperature wasn't up to par. The sides had cooled down and weren't that appetizing. The main entree was hot and well prepared and very good. Overall good experience except for the food temperatures.

The food and service were outstanding and we will make a reservation the next time we are in the area

Short staffed and the food was marginal for the price. Date appetizer good but other dishes were not that good and very expensive.

Bar service marginal, dining room service good. waited long time on food, and it was good but average. entire dining room was dated and plain for such a grand hotel.

The only wish we had was to have the Pork Chop that we had eaten last month. They were out of that so we ordered something different. Please keep the pork chop on your next menu. Thank you.

My husband and I had the filet mignon, atlantic salmon, and we shared a creme brulee for dessert. Everything was fantastic, and our server was wonderful. The lakeside view was gorgeous!

Highly disappointed, the menu was incorrect, both the items and the prices. We were seated, shown a nice drink menu and ordered cocktails. Pumpkin Martini and Blue Label with a big rock. 10 minutes later, the waitress brings out the martini, and says they are working on the blue label. 15 minutes later she comes back and says they are trying to get the cabinet unlocked because it is expensive so they have to lock it up. Ok 30 minutes in, we have cocktails, we order prosciutto wrapped dates, they were good, blue label empty, waitress came back, I asked for a drink menu. 20 minutes later I got the drink menu and ordered an old fashion with Maker's Cellar Aged, after I noticed it on their menu. My wife orders the Sea Bass and they told her that it wasn't available any longer and that they had a black cod that was similar. I ordered the filet medium. Dinner came out in about 30 minutes, my Filet was overcooked, but edible, decent flavor, just overcooked. My wife's fish was inedible, it was boiled slime. The waitress came by and realized she didn't like it and told her she would give her a free dessert. Keep in mind, I still don't have the second cocktail. We finish eating and the waitress brings a dessert to go in a bag, our tables is cleared. 10 minutes later the old fashion shows up, it's clearly wrong. I ask them to just remove it from the ticket and get me the check. The waitress said she will get the manager. The manager takes off the drink. Horrible experience. The place was empty, and they want to stack everybody together. Not elegant at all. I searched top places to eat in Branson, and this place came up. If that is the case, wow! I feel like this place was swanky back in the day, I'm sure covid about bankrupted them, but man the bones are good just need good people and management.

A nice dining room. Service was perfect. The "new" menu was more or less what one would expect from a better restaurant with the exception of one item, Beer Wellington, which I enjoyed. Seemed to be perfectly prepared, the filet was cooked properly. Our server. Madsen, was very pleasant and helpful. It was a very quiet night, probably off season, so it was a pleasant experience.

Perfect ending to a week of celebrating my birthday in the Branson area. Food and atmosphere were excellent. Service by Madison was exquisite! So knowledgeable about menu items and so personable in serving our selections. An absolute delight of professionalism and personality! Thank you!
