The food and atmosphere was wonderful 😊 we received quick service and comfortable seating with a private booth as well. Our server Madeline was amazing!

We enjoyed the unlimited soup & salad today. Also the beef tortellini was beyond delicious 😋 picture perfect and truly yummy.

So we got seated and two waiters start arguing about having to take our table (of 3) TEN FEET AWAY FROM US. And then the go back to the kitchen and are talking about the tables and cussing. Like we can hear you guys 🤦🏻. Food is good as always. The waiter we actually ended up getting was great as well.

Ordered for my family to go in Branson,MO. We picked up our food got back to our condo and we had no dressing for the salad. Called and spoke with staff and Brent went above and beyond to get our dressing to us. Highly recommend. Their service is phenomenal. Thanks Brent, you rock!!!

Worst ever only treated us like second rate set us next to bar where servers were separating silverware and folding napkins the salad 🥗 was spoiled that's when we asked to be excused. Our server was pleasant and professional but the girls at front desk acted snotty did not ask if we wanted table or booth. Overall sorry experience. We left and arrived at outback!!!

Took my mom here for dinner since we had not been for many years. Food quality was fantastic. Our server was also great, but unfortunately we did not get to enjoy our meal. When we walked in, little did we know there was a large group of young adults (looked to be anywhere between 20 and 30 or so college students) having dinner. They were extremely loud and obnoxious. They did not have any respect for anyone else in the restaurant. If it wasn't for having the all you can eat salad and breadsticks with our order we would have left. There was no apology for the disruption from our server or even the manager on duty. This is the least they could have done. I would have liked to see something done about it (an apology and discount on our meal or a voucher to come back at another time) as we were not the only patrons trying to enjoy our meal. I do understand that how that large group of young adults acted is not all on the restaurant, but there are things that could be done to mitigate the damage caused by them.

We LOVE Olive Garden but, this Branson, MO location is very sub-par!! We have eaten at the Branson location 3 times and, each time the Shrimp Scampi was horrible. It is either very dry or over cooked! Wait staff is completely uncaring that the food is not properly prepared.
