My steak ended up burnt to crisp and tougher than shoe leather. I asked for it to be cooked medium, they brought it out rare. I asked if it could be redone and they took the steak I had already cut into a couple pieces and tossed it back on the grill until it was a burnt brick of meat. I think the manager was even surprised they served it to me, he said it was inedible. Also forgot my sides. The manager took care of the steak luckily.
The gator was decent luckily that came in the Aussie Sampler. The rest of my party enjoyed their shrimp and sides.
The place is also fairly expensive...
Not going to be able to get a better steak in Branson...service and atmosphere are fantastic.

Love how they honor our veterans. Food and service were not what I'd expect for $40-$50 a plate with taxes and tips.
Several members of the group experienced issues with their food, necessitating replacements. A staff member with black and blue hair provided assistance, albeit with a raised voice. The manager's demeanor was notably pleasant and composed, and the waitress, an older woman with her hair in a bun, delivered exceptional service.
Delicious food, friendly staff, and overall great environment. We sat outside and they have a very nice patio with a screened in porch to keep the bugs away. It was overall a great experience and we would come back.
