I was stuck in the drive through 35 minutes. They put big concrete things up so you can’t exit once you drive in and apparently they take forever. Don’t go there if you have somewhere to be you’ll be stuck

After being interrogated with the confirmation, items in my order, what each individual plate was, and the phone number listed, the chick with glasses had the nerve to give me attitude for not giving me the food I purchased after treating me like I was a theif. I left very irritated while she stared at me and smirked at me the entire time I was leaving with MY food. Not worth the money, not worth getting treated like garbage.

Good Lord this place is slow. Nothing express about it. I've been in line for over 30 minutes.

They have 2 people filling doordash and drive through while the line is out of the door and only 1 server handling the line and the manager plays on her phone. Probably 5 families have walked in and out behind me.

Should've gone through the drive through but I won't be back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was a must, Jess the lady was very rude and when I asked her for a sample, she said no and gives me a glare like are you stupid with a horrible demeanor, I asked since when do you guys not give out samples? she said ever since Covid. OK that’s fine , when my wife purchased the new sesame shrimp with steak, she only put three pieces of shrimp and 2 steak ( pieces) in there and when asked if we can get at least one more shrimp? she said no that the ratio is three shrimp and five steak on an order that cost $1.50 extra. I will never get their extras again. And if I see the employee Jess again I will just turn around and leave

I've always praised this place due to all the kindness they give. Tonight was an absolute horrible experience. I done a mobile order and it wasn't ready yet and the lady told me to pull around and park up front for 20 minutes then go back around. There was 4 cars in front of me so I said it's okay, I'll just wait in line. She then said no, it'll actually be better if you just park in the front and then go back around. Again, I said it's fine there's a line so I have to wait. She then repeated herself. You literally can't just pull off like she told me too because there isn't any way too. I was still sitting behind all 4 cars when I received a text saying our food was ready. She then was extremely rude at the window. I've never had an issue here and this was just ridiculous.

Tried to bring my family here while they were visiting for me wedding. Every employee here left a negative impression on my family who have all worked restaurant service in very busy restaurants in extremely large cities. The employees at this store do not greet customers when they walk in, I stood there for almost 10 minutes before the manager came over to greet us because the staff just stared and pretended we weren't there. Everyone in this store needs to be fired and they need to start over fresh with the exception of maybe one of two employees. If you ever decide to work for this company or this store, just know they will fire you unjustly at some point when all these lazy incompetent employees start reporting you to HR for making them do their jobs. Branson has a horrible work culture and this store takes the cake.

The manager by the name summer is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would eat her twice per day until summer went completely off the rails and disrespected us a paying customers in front of the entire store. This woman needs to be fired. I nor my family will never spend another dollar at this restaurant. Worst service ever.

The staff was incredibly rude. My food was done 30mins after it said it would be ready, the lady working the drive through was very hateful. I mentioned that I went into the building to avoid holding up the drive through line because by then, my order was 20mins behind, and by the time it was ready, it had been 30 minutes past, and when I mentioned it, the lady just said “yup I know.” No offer for a free cookie or any kind of hospitality, just very dry attitude. There was no soy sauce provided & the rice was cold.

Tried to get Chicken and Mushrooms too different times just to find out they were out and I was gonna be stuck in their drive through for 40 minutes anyway.

They need to take some of the curbs that trap people's cars in their drivetrough.
