Went here at 4:45 on Monday August 11 and whoever took my order in the drive through as well as the lady who took my money and handed me my food (pretty sure it was the same person) was extremely rude, I work in the service industry and would never treat a customer like this. Zero manner, I would use my manners and receive dirty looks and I was extremely kind. I hate leaving reviews but this experience has really turned me away from this establishment.

Fried rice was just warmed white rice. Totally disgusted. Had to wait 5 minutes for Almond chicken. Service person frowned the entire time she was helping us.

Just stopped in here, 11:45, lunchtime, right? I employee in window, she couldn’t help us, obviously. THREE employees smoking out the side door, zero other employees inside. Left after 7 minutes in line. Went to Chili’s. Waited on immediately !

As of lately the evening staff have terrible attitudes specially the line manager. They literally drag they're feet for Uber or doordash deliveries I've had 4 late deliveries because they stop the delivery orders to take care of walk-in orders, and they lack communication about orders. I will not be eating at the branson location anymore

Always great food, portions, and service. Tonight there was some whack job refusing to leave the drive thru line so we all had to reverse our way out. The manager, Summer was her name (I believe - if not, management needs to find the manager who was on duty at approximately 6:30p on 8/5/25 and give her a bonus!), handled it all very well. Very apologetic and kind. They turned a negative experience for them into a positive experience for others. Well done.

We’ve been to Panda Express before during the day and had a great experience — the food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. But this last visit at night was honestly disappointing.
First off, I want to give credit where it’s due: the customer service was great. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick with our order. No complaints there at all.
Unfortunately, the food just wasn’t it this time. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a while — dry, lukewarm, and lacking the usual flavor we were used to. The noodles were stiff, the orange chicken was hard, and it felt like we got what was left at the bottom of the pan.
It was a letdown, especially since we know this location can do better. Daytime visits have always been much better, so maybe it’s just a timing issue. Still, food quality should be consistent no matter what time you go.

Horribly slow spent 55 mins at drive thru window to get 2 bowls. Went back again a couple weeks later and it took over 30 minutes to take two orders ahead of me and then mine inside. Food is always good but management needs to work on customer service badly

Fire the angry mexican from the wok. He kept yelling at the co-workers and would leave the noodles in the wok and turn and sit on his phone. Either they short you on the amount of food or you'll get dry food that's been sitting under the heat lamp for 7 hours.

I was so excited to eat here because I haven't had Panda Express in quite a while. I got the broccoli beef I got two slices of beef in all broccoli and I asked the worker if he could please just add a little bit more beef and he said he's not allowed to do that. No big deal I asked for chopsticks I didn't get those either. I would say don't waste your time or money here. The corporate greed is wrong with their portions.
