We generally enjoy Panda. However, they have a ridiculous policy of not offering plastic knives, yet the meats require cutting. I’m told this comes from HR. Don’t know if that’s true, but it is among the dumbest policies ever! There are thousands of restaurants that use real metal knives and people aren’t getting stabbed to death in them. Please just give me a knife. I’ll be good!
Always great food, portions, and service. Tonight there was some whack job refusing to leave the drive thru line so we all had to reverse our way out. The manager, Summer was her name (I believe - if not, management needs to find the manager who was on duty at approximately 6:30p on 8/5/25 and give her a bonus!), handled it all very well. Very apologetic and kind. They turned a negative experience for them into a positive experience for others. Well done.
We’ve been to Panda Express before during the day and had a great experience — the food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. But this last visit at night was honestly disappointing.
First off, I want to give credit where it’s due: the customer service was great. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick with our order. No complaints there at all.
