We visit often and order mainly during breakfast hours. Employees are always helpful. Sassy at the front counter is always kind and keeps us up to date of any menu changes or limited time specials. Josh comes out from the kitchen every often to ask us how our day is going. Everyone there makes us feel like family!

We had the 1/2 sandwich and soup. Soup was good and sandwiches were very good. Prices are a little high.

It's Panera so I expect the pricing (which is always expensive), but what I dont expect is to wait for 20 minutes in the drive through for 2 sandwiches. Especially when we are the only car in the drive through. This wait time happens almost every time I come and I have come at different times and different days to see if it changes. This place is on my way to work and I would stop a lot more often if I didn't need to plan an extra 20 to 30 minutes each time. The staff is always rude, barely moving when I look inside, and just all around acts like they don't care to be working or to get people through the line. Today they also got the food completely incorrect. They gave us an entirely different sandwich than what we ordered, the lettuce was not at all fresh and was slimy, there was so much salt and pepper on one sandwich that it was barely edible, the baguette they gave us was burnt...overall just a horrible experience. I don't recommend this place unless you have time to kill and want to risk having to go back to get food that is edible.

We came in to get hot tea and iced tea about 7 pm. The hot water had gnats in the closed dispenser, and the iced tea dispenser was empty with a scummy stain all over the bottom portion of the dispenser. The trash was piled high and overflowing. Many of the tables were left dirty and needed wiping. I truly believe this is the worst Panera I've ever been in.

This particular Panera needs to get things right. First it is outrageously expensive. You get a tiny 1/2 sandwich for nearly $8. For 1 person it can cost $20 if you get a combo and drink. This morning I hesitated because I got a less than par Roast beef San last week but I decided to try the new Benedict Croissant. It was like a Burger King breakfast croissant. It was small and smashed. I specifically asked if it has the sauce and was told it was on it. The sauce septed into the bread and was tasteless. It cost me nearly $8. If you want continued business. Fix it. The sandwiched should look like the pictures and be prepared with the same care. Note: the staff inside where very nice! Kudos to that.

Everything went well, except for this is the 3rd time that we were rushed out the door because it was closing time. I have worked multiple jobs in the restaurant industry and know that the people who are seated and eating before closing time do not have to be out of the door at closing time. They stop serving and shut the kitchen down at the time the place is set to close. But yet we have been told it was time to go or even bothered to put our food in containers to go.

I’ve been 5 times in the past 2 months early in the morning at 7am and at 9am and they never have breakfast soufflés. I wait in a line at the drive through just to be told no. The drive through is VERY VERY SLOW. You will be in line at least 15 minutes and there’s only a few cars in line. They are under staffed and have low supplies I guess
