The pizza was so good and the staff was very kind. They did a wonderful job of keeping the buffet clean and well stocked. If you ordered a personal pizza, they had it out in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best cheese pizza I have ever tried. I don't know what they did but they did the damn thing. 10/10 my 2 picky children ate the entire box in the car on the way home!

I was sceptical about going here yesterday evening due to the reviews. I did check it out before paying for my Family to eat. However, the pizza was good so was the pasta. I like how they have 2 types of noodles and three different sauces on the Pasta bar. Overall it was pretty good and filled up my whole family. My granddaughter enjoyed the chocolate pudding for dessert.

The old guy behind the counter was very rude and not helpful. Ate to go pizza the night before then the buffet the next afternoon and got severe food poisoning from the buffet. I don't recommend anyone eat their buffet. Everything about the trip and the resort was great besides a couple hours after we got home being deathly I'll for the next few days. And the Dr bill telling me I have food poisoning. We ate there 3/23 3/24

We've been making our trips to Branson since my (now 19 year old) daughter was 2. We were here last in 2020 and Papa Grand's Pizza was pretty decent all the way around! We're finally able to plan another trip to Branson next month and I came to look at reviews for all of our old favorites around town. Very disheartened to see that Papa Grand's Pizza isn't what it once was. I just want the owners to know that these reviews really mean something, especially to people like me and my family! Please step it up, go back to old practices, and help to boost morale for your employees! We won't be coming back this time because these newer reviews are super discouraging.

Just sat in line for 30 minutes at papa grands pizza all to be turned down. Apparently there was a bus of 150 people that “pre paid” but they weren’t all there at the time we got in line. 15 were in front of us and that was it and then us regular patrons and that was it. When we got to the checkout they refused to serve us because we were not part of the bus. We explained to the lady(the manager) that not all of their people were there and we had been in line for almost 30 minutes. She said well they are here now. She didn’t care that they hadn’t been there with the rest of the group or that we had been in line waiting. She REFUSED to serve us. There was a guy behind us that was staying at the resort and had vouchers for his family and they refused to serve him as well! They should have shut it down for a “private event” or at least let the 30 people they turned down one ahead of time, before we stood in line that there would be a wait of 150 people before us.

Good gf pizza and regular buffet for those not GF.
The gentleman who served us was wonderful and seemed to be one of 2 working while 4 others stood around. There was a man making pizzas and 3 ladies standing doing nothing else. After a long line continued I finally jumped into ask for a refund as my children had been waiting over 30 minutes for their custard.
