We've been making our trips to Branson since my (now 19 year old) daughter was 2. We were here last in 2020 and Papa Grand's Pizza was pretty decent all the way around! We're finally able to plan another trip to Branson next month and I came to look at reviews for all of our old favorites around town. Very disheartened to see that Papa Grand's Pizza isn't what it once was. I just want the owners to know that these reviews really mean something, especially to people like me and my family! Please step it up, go back to old practices, and help to boost morale for your employees! We won't be coming back this time because these newer reviews are super discouraging.

Just sat in line for 30 minutes at papa grands pizza all to be turned down. Apparently there was a bus of 150 people that “pre paid” but they weren’t all there at the time we got in line. 15 were in front of us and that was it and then us regular patrons and that was it. When we got to the checkout they refused to serve us because we were not part of the bus. We explained to the lady(the manager) that not all of their people were there and we had been in line for almost 30 minutes. She said well they are here now. She didn’t care that they hadn’t been there with the rest of the group or that we had been in line waiting. She REFUSED to serve us. There was a guy behind us that was staying at the resort and had vouchers for his family and they refused to serve him as well! They should have shut it down for a “private event” or at least let the 30 people they turned down one ahead of time, before we stood in line that there would be a wait of 150 people before us.

Super good pizza buffet at a good price! It's also nice to have the arcade and other attractions on site. Delicious food and friendly service. The giant banjo sticking out of the building is really cool. Busy location

The gentleman who served us was wonderful and seemed to be one of 2 working while 4 others stood around. There was a man making pizzas and 3 ladies standing doing nothing else. After a long line continued I finally jumped into ask for a refund as my children had been waiting over 30 minutes for their custard.

Don't waste your money here ! The pizza was old and hard as a rock , the video games are a money pit for this place the food is nasty and disgusting!

Overpriced for what you get. Pizza was ok, although the selection was very limited. Desserts tasted like they had been out quite a while. Multiple pizzas were finished while I was there, but no replacements were put out and it seemed like staff were making no effort to make more.
