When we FIRST had Pasta Americana, it was amazing. Then it slowly started going down hill. The second time it was still good but you can tell it wasn't the same. Then after that....blah! It just plainly sucks now. There is no flavor anymore. The food doesn't look or taste like they care. Even the salad and the Ranch dressing sucks. How can you screw up ranch dressing?? This was our last time eating there. Until we hear or see better reviews, they have lost us as customers. So very disappointing. I bet they lost the chef that actually enjoyed cooking the food. Now its probably someone that never cooks in their life. They honestly need to get rid of the cook and bring back the chef. Something. It's horrible, a night and day difference. I don't understand how restaurants let food go out of the kitchen if its not up to standards. Management is supposed to keep up with the restaurants reputation.and when 1 doesn't care they all don't care Then what's the point of Then being there. Their going to go out of business and soon. Sorry for the rant, but like I said it was amazing food at first.

We decided to have the salad bar for lunch. The celery looked like it could be 3 weeks old. The area between containers had dropped food all over it. Most places keep that cleaned off. There was only a fair amount of salad ingredients to choose. It wasn’t real bad but needs improvement. The service was ok.

We always make a stop here for the salad bar, one of the better ones in town. On Wednesday, they had the salad bar at a special price. Lots of fresh items to make the perfect salad. If you are not real hungry and like a salad, this is the place.

High expectations as we had a great experience in the last one we ate in a South Dakota Ruby Tuesdays. We were informed as soon as we walked in that the salad bar would not be ready for a while as they were short staffed by 2 people. Not a huge deal but it was rather disappointing. I ordered chicken strips and they were very overcooked. Informed our waitress and she took the plate away and came back with the check with no adjustments to the bill. Just not the service we've experienced at other Ruby Tuesdays.

The staff are friendly and courteous. We ordered 2 entrees: parmesan chicken and hickory bourbon chicken. Both were overcooked, a little tough to cut, and a little dry.

Wonderful ribeye. But our waitress was the the very best. She made our visit so enjoyable and she made sure my special request for extra crispy fries was served. Highly recommended

We walked in sat us down very few people in here at 12:30 in the afternoon took forever for the waitress to take our order and we were told the kitchen is very busy any food would be a while. Not many people here who are they cooking for?? My hubby took the salad bar she says yea that’s the best choice wow really?? Salad bar was almost empty to begin with. I’m still sitting here waiting for a cup of potato soup, how long can that take. I can say no matter how the soup tastes I will never be back here again!!!!

Went in for dinner. Cheeseburgers were very small and in my opinion better burgers, fries, and tots at some fast food places. Ribs special was better. 2 cheeseburgers with fries, a rib special at 11.99 and three waters was $47.00. Highly disappointed.

Just had a wonderful dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Branson Mo. The salmon was fantastic as well as steamed broccoli & baked potato. Friendly staff!!! Don't miss it.

Our service was very poor and the food not great. The chicken breading was overcooked and everything tasted super salty. We waited over an hour just to get silverware. We then waited for out check and even asked a waitress to get it for us, but she snapped that she wasn't our waitress. There were not very many patrons and while I understand that she has her own tables, seeing that a customer is having a bad experience I would assume that she'd have been willing to at the very least get someone to help us.

Branson is not known for its' salad bars. After pigging out all week, we decided to try them out. We got there about 2:30pm. The salad bar is probably the best in town. Iced tea was good. And the Red Velvet Cake was outstanding. They are so short handed it is sad. The waitress did the best she could under the circumstances. Two salad bars, two iced teas, 1 dessert and tip was $53.00. A good floor cleaning, adequate staffing, and napkins on the table and I would have given them a better rating than 4.0 stars.
