Pizza By The Slice

Edit: the store returned the charge approximately 2 hrs after I was to pick up the order. At least I don't need to work with Visa now...
Super bummed out as this place WAS a staple for my family when we were in Branson. Everytime we had gone the service was super friendly and the food was pretty darn good for the price.
So for our most recent Branson trip we all planned to get pizza from here like we always do. Instead of the friendly decent food I got charged for the food and the door was locked when I showed up to get it. Website stated hours were until 8:45pm so I placed and online order at 7:13pm for pickup at 7:38pm. Whole pizza, some ravioli, and a 20% tip for takeout. Show up at 7:40pm and the doors are locked and there is one employee in the kitchen in the back. You had my phone number and my email address; if you were closing prior to the time quoted on your website, no problem. But accepting the charge, locking the door, and giving me zero contact is unacceptable. Calling the phone number in the confirmation email went to voicemail with no response. Sadly I will be hesitant to patronize this business in the future.

Arrived today a little before 1pm. I noticed another couple outside of the store looking in the window which was odd. Right before I got to the door a gentleman walked out the store and I could hear him mumbling something. I pulled on the door and the other couple informed me that the guy that walked out works there and he said foul things that they were not comfortable repeating as he walked out. He locked the door on his way out. As I looked in all the food was still left out and no one else was in the store. The door must’ve been locked before my arrival which is why the other couple may have been looking in the window. Terrible service and if this is how this business is ran I am glad I didn’t spend my money here. Hopefully things get better as it seems like this place serves good food.

Literally hands down the worst meal Ive ever paid for. Pre-made nasty crust, gross cheese, sauce, meats etc. Just literally the lowest quality ingredients possible. Hunt brothers is way better and that is not saying much. Not another soul inside at dinner time should have been our first clue. We should have asked for a refund the second we saw them pull out pre made crusts and flop them on the counter. They deserve a negative elevendy three stars. Not even close to edible let alone new york style pizza. Would really really like our money back.

No one in the building. One worker and he didn’t know I was in the store for a couple minutes. These Free Pizza Slice cards don’t actually mean what they say apparently it’s only if you purchase a slice first which is untrue. It clearly doesn’t state that. Really rude. If your business doesn’t make enough money to honor the coupons you’re giving out then what are you doing?

The pizza was surprisingly good, I just got 1 slice but it was huge and I spent less then I would of going to a fast food joint

we had the meat lovers and Hawaiian slices. both were good. liked the thin crust

Not really East Coast style. Crust was a little off-putt9ng and not substantial enough to raise the slice up (even folded) to eat, so needed to use utensils.

Katie was super sweet. They were running a little low on pizza options and offered to make us whatever kind of pizza we wanted. And when she realized we could save some money and make it a combo, she let us know right away.
