Holley, our very accommodating single coverage employee was great! Food was great! That cracker thin crust we love from the Hut. Food was about 25 minutes late compared to online ordering speculations. Again, good food, friendly employee, just extremely slow due to Hut scheduling ONE person on New Year’s Day in one of the busiest tourist destinations in America.

Ordered 4 pizzas and 32 wings online, food was all ready before I even got there. The delivery driver was just walking out for a delivery and gave me a heads up that the other employee was alone and she would be with me in a moment. Still good service though!

Came in after an online order lady was buy herself running everything with phone ringing off the hook and orders steady coming in she was alone and just killing it running like crazy trying to keep up got to give props my food was still right on time

Extremely disappointing. The crust was hard, dry, and completely flavorless, making the pizza difficult to enjoy. It tasted stale and poorly prepared, with no care put into the quality. For the price, this was nowhere near acceptable. Definitely not what I expect from Pizza Hut.

Worst excuse for pizza I've ever had. The crust was so hard that the wife couldn't eat it. There was very little sauce and we asked for extra sauce. So little cheese that you could see the crust. The taste was not good at all. The place was filthy and not well kept. They had music playing so loud that they couldn't hear me come in. Took a while for them to hear me trying to get their attention. We won't go back.

They were rude, we waited 30 minutes for food and had to go up and ask if it was done. After the manager got rude with another customers wife. Then after we did get our food it was all wrong and they charges us for stuff we told them we didn't want. Very bad experience. The manager and the only other person were bragging they where trying to make a point they could run it themselves. Well your both doing a very bad job and it was only 6pm. Wouldn't go there again.

We went in to get the special . They did an awesome job on the special . Plus we ordered two pan pizzas and it came out right . The service was very good the waitress was on time very helpful and also very friendly . There's plenty of parking near the place is clean and the service was pretty quick .

Kind of wish I checked the reviews first.i called the store after getting burnt pizza only for the employee to transfer me to the manager who picked up,said hold(never gave me time to respond)then never came back.this is the worst experience and makes it hard for people on vacation to enjoy or even want to come back.$80 WASTED. Then to top it off rude customer service.
