The lady taking orders her name is Crystal could not do anything without an attitude we placed a order online it was done and in the warmers when we got there but she told us it was not ready and would not hand it to us we sat there for 30 minutes waiting she kept slamming everything that was handed to her and would open warmer doors slam them then slam magnets to doors

No wonder this is the least busy pizza place in Branson. You can order all the cheeses plus extra and you will be lucky if 60% of the pizza has cheese at all. As for those boneless wings? Is that crap even chicken at all? It's some weirdly rubber meat product covered in and inch thick layer of I don't know. The people there are great but the food can barely be described as food at all. Worst of all Pizza Hut still charges like they are premium pizza.

There was only one person there when I got there to place my order they was short staff but after I places my order another worker walks in and started to cooking so there was a little wait but the food was hot and fresh and the ladie apologized for the wait really nicely and the floors and bathroom was so clean you can eat of them

I am very unhappy I ordered my food tonight for carryout and when sent how long it would be was told 20 min that was wrong more like 40 min and then they got part of my order wrong I ordered a large hand tossed meatlovers pizza which they got right ordered bread sticks also got this my medium hand tossed pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni and black olives instead I got a bacon and black olives I didn't want bacon on that one the crust on both pizzas were the taste was not right the sauce tastes very can tomato sauce type the bread sticks were heavy and tough I am very unhappy and while I was there the gal at the front kept apologizing cause she had no control over the back as they seemed to be taking there time and not doing there jobs as they should be including what looked like the manager very unhappy the picture of the pizza that's bacon not pepperoni

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app, and selected to pay with cash. Instead of sending a PizzaHut delivery driver, they routed the order to DoorDash without even telling me. The DoorDash driver arrived, and could not accept my cash because he didn’t have change. So he took my food back to the store. When I called the store, the lady was extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do.

I wanted to say thank you to Holly and the staff at Pizza Hut at the Branson location on Green Mt. Drive. Holly had a driver that was delay with another order that she contacted Door Dash to deliver my order so that I got it HOT! That is customer service at it finest! Thank you, Holly, I really appreciated that you took the extra step to give me a wonderful dinner after a really long day at work. I recommend this location to everyone and always ask for HOLLY when placing your order, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! She is the BEST!
