The restaurant was dirty and in disrepair. Bugs in the winds, tables were dirty, food on the floor. Just don't look like they even try. Same with the other complaints, it was freezing cold inside and customer service is pretty poor. It's sad how much Pizza Hut has degraded since the glory days.

If I could give this negative stars I would. We dined in tonight, and our experience was HORRIBLE!! Oh and let me add we were the only ones in there. - our order wasn’t made, we waited about 45-1 for 1 large pizza. -the place was a disaster, napkins on the floor dirty tables, water with no wet floor sign. -My husband and son went to the bathroom and there was water about 1/4 inch high piled up under the urinal. -the counter where they take orders and you pay had trash everywhere. -they employee decided to drop the F bomb - we waited about 10 min to pay, they are lucky I stayed to do it. -all the employees decided they were going to go outside at the same time - only 1 tv was on they have like 8 I am all for giving the benefit of the doubt when things go wrong but this was literally a shot show and so can not believe that this business is still running.

Just trying to call and see if the dining is even open. 20 minutes on hold and transfer between three people nobody seems to know. Never got an answer.

Terrible service. Would not recommend unless you want to wait 45 minutes on a dead night and be ignored. Got my order wrong as well. Rude as well. Needs better management or hiring strategies.

We typically order 4 to 8 pizza’s for our house, tonight’s PIZZA was pretty gross hardly any toppings and crust is over cooked....... order at your own risk!

This was a pretty terrible experience. Visiting Branson for the weekend and decided to forgo a specialty pizza place for a "for sure thing" for the kids w Pizza Hut. The beef on the pizza was burnt so bad it had to be removed and the chicken was so rubbery it was inedible altogether. Really stinks that it was for little kids who were hungry. The majority of this meal went into the trash. I would not try them again.

Ordered online a half pepperoni half cheese when it arrived it was all pepperoni I called and was told sometimes the online sends it through wrong and that they did their part and we would just half to eat it even after I told him my kid doesn't eat pepperoni very disappointed in the terrible service unfortunately we we're ordering from here at least 2 a week I would rather drive anywhere else at this point then get delivery here again wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The food is good but I'm only giving three stars because the restaurant itself is kept so cold that all you can think about is eating as fast as possible so that you can leave. Dirty tables and abrupt staff did not help the experience either.
