l got sick from chicken not being cooked at correct temp Monday.22 8 piece ..l Really like the chicken. Manager Steve said he would call Wed. he never did. l called today. He said he would have delivery driver drop off coupons l had paid for delivery.. then he said he would mail 💌 them to me. l think because l am a senior citizen l was very not important to Manager Steve as a customer
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Joplin Pizza Ranch. The manager/owner accused me of stealing tickets because we received so many, which was completely uncalled for. We won a lot on a game, but the machine kept malfunctioning after 9999, and I have video proof of this. The staff member running the location said he fired a girl who was working that day over a month ago, and it seemed like he was implying I knew her—probably in an attempt to justify the ticket...read full review
