He said he would have delivery driver drop off coupons l had paid for delivery.. then he said he would mail 💌 them to me. l think because l am a senior citizen l was very not important to Manager Steve as a customer

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Joplin Pizza Ranch. The manager/owner accused me of stealing tickets because we received so many, which was completely uncalled for. We won a lot on a game, but the machine kept malfunctioning after 9999, and I have video proof of this. The staff member running the location said he fired a girl who was working that day over a month ago, and it seemed like he was implying I knew her—probably in an attempt to justify the ticket issue.
We've spent hundreds of dollars there with our four kids, so I find this treatment unjust and upsetting. My 9-year-old daughter was so nervous during the conversation that she actually walked out. I plan to be reaching out to corporate about this situation.

This place is amazing! The food was great! Service was great! My mom has Celiac Disease, therefore has to have gluten free and they have a menu with gluten free options. This is so hard to find and we appreciate it more than they know. Some people say they have gluten free options but do not know how to handle it (changing of gloves to keep from cross contamination). Here at Pizza Ranch they have a separate cooking and preparing area for Gluten Free meals that are made. The employees are friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone!

My wife and I took a friend to Pizza Ranch in Branson yesterday June 8th, 2025.
We arrived at opening time and the restaurant was clean and well stocked. The staff was very cheerful and professional and the food was exceptional. The salad was fresh and crisp, the pizza was hot and delicious. And the fried chicken was otherworldly.
We were the first customers for the day, but it filled quickly with families of all sizes.
As our group is older with somewhat limited movement we had no problems with the seating or service area.
From what we observed pizza ranch is an excellent restaurant for families of any size and age.
All I can say is Pizza Ranch, thank you for a wonderful experience.

The bathrooms smell horrible and obviously are not cleaned often. The food was sub par even compared to cheap pizza places like little Caesars. As far as the family atmosphere the game room is expensive and small and the security for your children is horrible. Just a few cameras that are blurry as can be in a place where there are way too many people and nobody watching out. In comparison to Chuck e cheese, which this is obviously a knock off of, this place pretty much sucks.

The options were not very kid friendly. The pizzas that kept being made were buffalo style or something with peppers or olives. It ended up being OK and they ate pasta or something from the salad bar; I just wasn't impressed with the options. I know they were busy and there is a lag before they can catch up, but the odd specialty pizzas were not what my family was looking for. Oh, and we happened to come when the ice cream machine was down. Maybe next time will be different, just three stars for this visit.

Great experience, but at one point I went for wings and all 3 flavors were empty! I promise I didn't eat them all myself, okay?!
Sent 4 kids to the arcade with 40$ total and they occupied themselves for over an hour and showed up with a stuffed dinosaur, 8 ducks, and a plethora of other stuff. Arcade is staffed with friendly people to tolerate the mayhem of my daughter and suggested they pool money together to get more arcade credits. I really appreciate that.
I think 19$/adult is really pushing it for cost.

Pass their credit card fees over to their customers, which is despicable. Guy that runs the front counter is not polite at all. Overall experience not great. Just moved here and so far everyone has been kind, wasnt the experience here.

It's a pizza buffet. Must try the fried chicken. I will say they are good about asking what pizza you want and getting it out. My only real concern is the floors really showed high traffic with food and trash. Enjoy the group room they give us for family gatherings.

I walked into the establishment and immediately paid, I then preceded to the restroom to wash my hands where I encountered an employee who had just finished in one of the stalls tucking in his shirt and making undergarment adjustments, as I washed my hands this employee walked right past me and grabbed the door handle I snapped at him hey sir you work here? If so you're suppose to wash your hands before leaving this room, with that he just looked at me and proceeded to exit the mens room I confronted him on the floor just outside the door and all he could door is point to his manager who I instructed of the situation and she just half heartedly said you need to wash your hands! She acted like it was no big deal and did not offer and apology of any sort??? The salad bar also offered basically nothing of a salad value itself carrots tomatoes and lettuce is all!!
