When we arrived at the restaurant we found it had been closed permanently. We received no notification even though we had confirmed reservations through the open table app. What hurts the most is that our daughter bought us a $100 gift certificate to the restaurant that is now worthless. I called the restaurant's number and was only able to leave a message. I still have not heard back three days later, which I obviously think will not change.

Our reservation was for 7 on 3/10. The night before, you contacted us to confirm, which we did. Then we drove 2and1/2 hours to get there. So did other family members. When we arrived, the restaurant was dark and locked up tight. We went to their web page and found they went out of business on 3/7, two days before you had us confirm. Thanks alot.

We went there for drinks and dessert so I reserve my judgment on their entrees. The drinks were pretty good for dessert cocktails and they had a good selection. We ordered the blueberry lemon mascarpone cheesecake. The chef did and excellent job with it, maybe a little subtle on the lemon, but then someone decided to dump a syrupy fruit medley on the plate. They also “decorated” the plate with colorful sugar paste. The syrup overwhelmed the flavor but the crust was soaked with it. Then the service; we felt like we were imposing the entire time and had to wait every step of the way.

I really like this place overall. Food was tasty Italian fare, service was pretty good, and decor was good. Tough to get past the price though. It was romantic and worth it in the moment, they did nothing wrong. Just know that there are other places to get a comparable experience for 1/3 less.

The ambiance and design of the restaurant was amazing and very upscale. It is a great place to have a cocktail and enjoy the views and or fireplace. The food was ok but not upscale and not very authentic Italian. My husband is from Italy and he is very thoughtful about his comments when it comes to Italian food in America. We ordered the charcuterie board and we're amazed to see very little Italian anything. No one should ever put cheddar and pepper jack cheese cubes on an Italian charcuterie board. There were pickles, crackers from the super market and craisins scattered on the plate. This is a missed opportunity and such an easy concept. The kids ate a pepperoni pizza and spaghetti with clams pasta which both were not bad. The spaghetti with clams tasted good but way too much sauce. My husband got the veal Marsala which was very good but the side of fettuccine Alfredo pasta was huge and very American- think creamy sauce that was so heavy to eat. It consumed your mouth and was too much with the Marsala. I ordered the Halibut with broccolini and red pepper risotto. I love Halibut but there was no taste except of the oil in the pan fried cooking method. I squeezed lemon and added salt which helped but very disappointed. The broccolini was delicious! We did not stay for dessert and thankful because by the time we finished, our bill was $230 inclusive of 3 drinks. I wish them luck as they grow but was not the experience I intended to have.

The overall experience was amazing! The service was excellent and extremely fast. Our server was very nice and helpful. The entrees were delicious, with great desserts to top off the evening.

My wife and I dined New Year's Eve at Ramata Italian. It was excellent! More expensive than an average sit-down restaurant but so worth it! The food and the service are so good! Definitely would recommend for a fine dining experience and or a romantic place to take a date!

Our server was attentive and sweet. I loved my pizza, the dough and flavor were delicious? The wedge was just ok. My husband had the Bolognese lasagna and thought it was just ok, he felt a little too sweet. The bread was delicious and we enjoyed the blueberry cheesecake and coffee. We also enjoyed our wine. For a New Year's eve dinner, it was a good choice as the ambience was lovely and just the right price. Liked that we could order off regular menu and not a set one for holiday. The only negatives were the hostesses were not very warm and welcoming when we let them know we had tried calling the restaurant several times before reservation and no one picked up. One hostess should remain at stand to answer phones, greet and manage the reservations, the other seat guests. This area could use some additional training. Also, we were served our entrees too soon after our salads so they had to be sent back. The server was very apologetic and it was corrected. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

Our reservation was for the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were seated in the bar. The manager gave us the "too bad" when asked about moving to our correct table. We overheard another couple with the same issue.

Rasheen was our waitress and she was great at helping us decide on food and drink. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice too. I would like to say, I wish fresh parmesan would be brought to the table to grate over your food as an option and we were there during Happy Hour but apparently the food/drink prices are only good at the bar ?.

Had reservations and told the wait would be 10 minutes. We were seated and it was 10-15 minutes before we were ever acknowledged and then the executive chef so graciously began helping out the wait staff. He brought us a basket of sister Schubert rolls. This is an Italian restaurant and to be served dinner rolls was despicable. A server eventually made her way to our table and she was nice. I ordered a glass of wine and it took 38 minutes to arrive. The server brought out new rolls and in the basket was 2 rolls that are worthy of an Italian restaurant but among them were more sister Schubert dinner rolls. Our meals were just ok, not authentic Italian and the sauce is very sweet. We chose not to order dessert and will not go back to this restaurant.

Such a great experience. Service was top notch. They were great with our children & the food was incredible. Can't wait to try again when we are back in town. Must get the meatballs and the fried mozzarella. WOW. Fave place we've been to in Branson.

Let's start with the positives: We we're seated quickly, our server was prompt and delightful, cocktails were good, the restaurant was modern/upscale/clean. Right away, we were served warm rolls with butter, dipping oil. All of our food was delivered hot and fresh. In addition to a couple of cocktails, we ordered Calamari, Caesar Salads, Salmon, and Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. Our cocktails were as expected and enjoyable. The Calimari was delivered hot, but instead of sizeable bites, we were presented with tiny crumbs of breaded and fried bits of seafood. Not what you would expect from an upscale restaurant. The Caesar Salad was ok but the dressing tasted like store bought bottled salad dressing. Nothing special. The Fettuccine Alfredo had the same issue: bland sauce that tasted like it was out of a jar from the supermarket. Generally speaking, the food here tasted like cafeteria food, not fine dining. The grilled chicken was like the rubbery pre-cut strips you can buy in the freezer section of the grocery store. Clearly not chicken that was cooked and sliced in this establishment. Overall, the food was presented nicely and looked good, but the quality was closer to Fazoli's. It wouldn't have been a big deal if everything wasn't priced so highly. We are from a larger city, have a lot of options for fine dining and don't mind paying more for good food. This just wasn't good food. It was college cafeteria food, at best. Overall, if expectations aren't super high, no wait for a table and this place is convenient, I'd go back. It wasn't a bad experience, but I would maybe try different food. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was very nice.

It wasn't crowded and we were seated quickly. We were a party of 7. The food was delicious and the portions were very large; we all had to take part of our meal home. Loved everything we had including fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna bolognese, calzone, pizza, and tortellini. Service was a little slow, but was good.
