30 minute wait for a table with an almost empty dining area, with another long wait for our food,andmon topnof it all we tipped $20 cash and $10 off our debit but didmt fill in the total and they added another $15.00 tip to the debit purchase!!! So tipped our waiter tyler $45 on a $90 ticket smh never again their food isnt even good tbh! Crazy if they do this to a local what are they doing to the tourists?!

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Listen to the bartender / waitress tell a customer she ordered something and the customer said I don't like that why would I order that. Customer gets mad, then out loud so all the people there are eight or nine booths can hear her telling another employee about what a bad customer she was. Car service was awful we asked for cream and she literally threw a handful of creamers on the table and kind of just spewed them all over the table. Good place to avoid if this rough woman is still the Barton

We have been celebrating our anniversary at Red Lobster for 18 years. As always the food at this establishment was delicious! Our server, Sherrie, was polite and helpful. Our food was delivered timely. Thanks for always making our anniversary special.

Big Big thank you to Ashley behind the bsr!!!!! If it wasn't gor her our night would have been a real bummer! New Years Eve and the General Manager did s horrible job scheduling help. I dont get it. Its almost as if Red Lobster doesn't like money. Why else would he put his employees in a position to turn away customers? Also, T.J. the shift manager was a real trooper and worked tables and bus boy duties after being done dirty by the General Manager.

My husband and I did not know how busy they would be, so, we booked a time to arrive. It was obvious that something was wrong when hardly no one was there at 5:30 pm. We were served cold biscuits and no butter with them. My husband got water, which he got quickly, and I ordered raspberry tea which they forgot until they noticed we were getting agitated. No one was smiling and our waitress looked worn out. The hostess was sitting people, waiting tables, clearing tables and everything else. People started coming in and were having to wait until the hostess could get to them. At one point I saw 20 people waiting for a table, which was ridiculous. Food after it arrived was not hot and the slaw tasted like it had been left uncovered in a fridge because it had picked up odors from other food. It was not edible. I witnessed numerous people walk out after having to wait so long. As my husband and were walking out a couple asked me about the wait time and the quality of the food and I said they had some issues with no one hardly working and the food not up to standards. They left as we left. This was not acceptable and the manager needed to be aware of the problem. NO ONE ACTED LIKE THEY WANTED TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. NO SMILES. Will not be back.

Food waz delicious! but the server Russel really made it feel special, giving us random fun facts, recommending his own personal favorites and being an all around great waiter, as someone who works in service its clear to see his hard work!

I took my wife there for our anniversary dinner and was very disappointed in the food! We had lobster and it was not very good! The service was tremendous so I gave it a four star!
