It took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. One hour and a half to get our meal. Lobster was rubbery, grilled shrimp over cooked, salmon over cooked, baked potato not done, hamburger over cooked and dry, chicken tenders over fried, broccoli wasn’t cooked, or asparagus. Our family has ate at this Red Lobster for years. Very disappointing. Our bill was $233.00, 6 of us. Service was decent.

What a disappointment. We never received our food after waiting for 70 minutes. I am normally pretty forgiving, but not in this case.

Steamed snow crab legs and Parmesan crusted chicken was so tasty. The cheddar biscuits were hot fresh and melt in your mouth delicious. Server Ashley was phenomenal!

The service from the new waitress was excellent. The food was good, but the wait to be seated was ridiculous and only 2 servers, but ours did great

We ate a late lunch at the Branson Red Lobster on Wed March 5. Our waitress was Ashley. She did an amazing job. We enjoyed a good lunch and very tasty Bloody Marys.

The bartender Joshua was extremely rude. Literally said What after letting me stand there for 5 mins. Not my fault they make the bar do the To-Go orders.

Allergy friendly, our server Alayna was quite genuinely polite, patient and kind without hovering.

Dietary restrictions: Thorough allergy menu, server alerted her kitchen manager of my allergies and they ensured my choices were safe for me. Knowledged and attentive, much appreciated 👏

After the St. Valentines Day Red Lobster Massacre, (see my edit to the Springfield location's review) the Hillbilly decided to give Red Lobster one last chance. So we tried the Branson location. It was so so.
The food was ok, the prices were a bit high, and the service was pretty slow, especially the kitchen.
With so many choices for good food in Springfield and Branson, sadly Red Lobster just doesn't make the cut anymore.

If any of the Red Lobsters need to close it is this location. We had one of the worst experiences at this location. We love Red Lobster and we eat there every chance we get. We were at this location on 12/26/24. I understand that the day after Christmas holds it's challenges this time of the year. However if they were understaffed and dealing with untrained employees, they should regulate their hours and keep experienced staff on hand to deal with these situations. We had to wait over an hour and 30 minutes to get our food and when I inquired about why it was taking so long, they would tell us it was ready to come out each time. We noticed other guests leaving because of the same issue. When we finally got our food it was cold and tasted awful. My daughter did not receive what she ordered. When I asked the manager to comp us with a discount, she only took off 20% off our bill. She should have taken both dinners off that were wrong and then take off more than 20% for making us wait so long for our food.

A nice evening spent at Red Lobster. Our service was very good. The food was ok. We had the Rainbow Trout and the parmesan crusted chicken. The Trout, I thought, was missing something, maybe a taste of lemon. Of course, this was just one mans opinion!

Enjoy!

Went there today knowing we were guna spend way too much for salty food..but we Didn't...Employees ignored us after we wanted to sit at the bar..no 1 helped us..bar tender just gave us dirty looks..so we got up and left..went to store and got 40$ rib eyes and a pound of shrimp..made our own food and saved 50 bucs...We really hope this red dumpster goes belly up like the rest of them..the Employees we incountered don't deserve the jobs they have..waste!

I now understand why Red Lobster went bankrupt and why they were half empty at 6:00 on a Friday night in Branson Missouri. Took over an hour to get food, it was cold, lobster was mush, it was way too expensive for the quality of food we got. The food was extremely bland and it's not like we could add seasoning because every salt shaker around us was completely empty. Our group spent over $500 with tip, and really we got about $200 worth of food. Very disappointed, and it will probably be another 20 years before I step foot in a Red Lobster again. Actually, I can't say everything was bad. The biscuits were great. So there you go, the free bread was really really good.
