After a day at Hammons field, a trip to Branson Red Lobster was next on our list. The food was excellent, as usual, but let me share with you their ace in the hole. Our server, Xavier, was the absolute best part of our experience. Attentive, knowledgeable and best of all, a sense of humor. Can’t ask for better. ?

Had a wonderful night, came to door and there was a bit of confusion as they said they were behind, and it would be a while...so instead my wife and I sat at the bar, had a cocktail and ordered appetizers, which came out in minutes...Michaela was Awesome, placed order after apps and It also came out promptly. Whatever the front of house was saying was an issue was quickly cleared up during our visit. Food would have been 5 star as well but one scampi was a little over., we both had ultimate feasts. Yum

We sat there over an hour finally brought out some food, wrong order, kept waiting..... Nothing. We walked out!!!! Everyone who came in after us were getting their orders!!!! We ordered shrimp, shrimp scampi and broccoli. Nothing major!!!

I used to be server here a long time ago, I called yesterday 4.11.24 looking for employment since I'm ready to go back to work after having a baby but not quite ready to go back to dog grooming. I was told by I assume was the GM that no one who has ever worked at this location no matter how long ago will never be re hired. Come to find out, hours later from another ex employee who had recently worked there that the New GM is awful and almost the entire staff walked.I understand not want to re hire those people but I worked there 4 years ago and have nothing to with that situation. Isn't there such thing as equal work opportunity?I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again for either empoyment or to eat at, which is unfortunate because it's my favorite restaurant in branson.
