Waited 15 min for someone to acknowledge we were there and then left. Stunningly bad management. Didn't see an adult employee.

Love this place! This is the second time my husband and I have visited Branson and the Ribcrib. The food was just as great as I remember. The ribs just melt in your mouth and I love the smoked beans.

We enjoyed the barbecue sandwiches, bbq beans and potato salad. Dessert was yummy too. We would eat here again.

Freezing cold. Waited almost an hour for food. 3 meat dinner was supposed to have chicken, pulled pork and brisket. They were out of chicken and pulled pork. They substituted sausage without telling us about the pulled pork ,the brisket was cold and dry. The two burgers were good, when we finally got them but my husband's food was inedible. Our server was sweet and seemed to be just waiting on the kitchen to get her orders out. I was NOT impressed!!!

Went at 7pm for the WEEKLY All You Can Eat Rib Tuesday special. SOLD OUT. Not only was the St Louis style sold out but the baby back ribs as well. ALSO sold out of chicken and potatoes. What?? at 7PM and it wasn't packed? very disappointed. No offer by management to discount or even attempt to help situation that we were stuck with. Walked out. Go for the ribs.... Leave hungry!

The St. Louis ribs were good. I had the okra and beans for sides and they were good. The cob corn was way overcooked. I was satisfied.

This is a local family favorite! Tuesday nights are awesome.. all you can eat ribs and sides for a reasonable price. Everything I've tried is delicious, especially their salads! Brooklyn is an amazing server and will go above and beyond to do ya right..never a drink empty and keeps those fall of the bone ribs coming! Highly recommend!

This place did awesome with a couple softball teams piling on in for some decent food. Quick service and everything was good.

We had lunch and our server, Eric, was great. My side salad was delicious and big, my husband’s was not so great because the dressing tasted flunky. We both ordered the two meat combo. I ordered sliced brisket & chicken. The chicken was succulent and tasty while my brisket was just okay. My husband ordered chopped brisket and St. Louis ribs. I cannot fathom how the kitchen permitted his brisket to be served. It was nearly total fat and very unappetizing look at. It was truly nauseating in appearance and there was virtually no part of it that was edible. His ribs were edible but not great. We were very disappointed and will not be back.

Okay I come here with my family almost once a month. Sometimes two and the barbecue is better that delicious. I mainly order their ribs and....wow I love them. Recently I ordered the barbecue baked potato loaded with butter, sour cream, cheese and pulled pork (no BBQ sauce you have to put in on yourself) and it was awesome!! So yeah! Anytime you are in Branson and hankerin' for a bite of Barbecue then here you go!

Tried Rib-Crib for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Great value. Won't break the bank and you'll get some good bar-b-que. We had an early dinner; no crowds. Good selection of sauces.

Ordered for pick-up. We got their and asked if they had a gluten free menu. We were told that they didn't carry any gluten free food. I then said that he's full of it because potatoes usually don't have gluten among many other things. He finally found a nutritional menu, where lots of things were gluten-free. I was very disappointed that a rib place didn't have any ribs to order. Once we got back to the resort we were staying at, the food we ordered was not all in the bag, it was missing a kids cheeseburger meal. I called, they said they would have it ready when we got there. Thank God I ended up giving my daughter something else to eat as my husband waited over a half hour.......for a cheeseburger! He received it and they forgot part of it. Good thing he checked. While we were waiting for the original order and when waiting for the burger, hundreds of dollars worth of potential business walked out the door. The people were either ignored when they got there, they were irritated that there was no ribs, or super annoyed there was a wait to get in when half the tables were empty. The food was cold, meat was ok, sausage from Walmart tasted better than theirs. Staff definitely needs to be educated. They also need to not bicker so the whole restaurant can here. Very unprofessional.
