Sorry to say that we stopped by on our way out of town we've eaten a lot of Mexican food but what we had didn't suit our taste. The service was quick enough our order was out to the table and was hot but we didn't clear a plate.
This was an excellent lunch stop for our family. My daughter & I enjoyed the shrimp chimichangas, my other daughter had the chicken burrito, my son had chicken tacos & my husband had beef tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and fast. We're definitely making it a regular stop when we visit Branson.
This restaurant was great for light authentic Mexican dinner during the sizzling hot day. Gorditas were so good and crispy to eat and drank refreshing lime Margaritas. The good lightly-salted tortilla chips were provided with several different salsas for appetizer. Afterwards, we felt better as our appetite was light for a long hot evening. The server was sweet and warm towards us and she used gestures and body language with us for ordering food and drinks.
I had the Carnitas Tacos with El Pastor sauce from the salsa bar! Absolutely awesome! This was my first trip! I will be back!!
Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. Yummy and diverse salsa bar as well. Definitely worth eating there. The negative is the interior design and lack of ambiance.
Rico’s recently catered our wedding and I can’t say enough about how beautifully set up our buffet was and just how much everyone enjoyed the dinner. The food was wonderful and the service and takedown was very professional. I 100% would recommend them and would use them again.
Jeffrey L Thomas came to shop to have lunch today as we enjoy our weekly delicious Chicken Quesidilla and for us enough for two to share. Rico's truck crew always are friendly and courteous. We enjoy our little table on the walkway out front of our shop for these occasions. We too offer their customers an oasis to wait on their orders. As we do, recieving a beeper so you are called when food in ready for pick up. They're here until 8pm come drop in on us both! With your order, 20% off at Vintage GEM
Every good review is nuts. Had the tofu tacos, steak tacos with consome, Caribbean cheese dip, and quesatacos. $47 Not even close to good. The only thing worth buying was the queso. But not for $9. Tofu was bland, cut up chunks. Steak taste like cat food with no seasoning. And I paid extra for it. Consome.. just bad water with onions and cilantro in it. And the shredded beef taste old and cheap. I won’t be back. Ever. Way overpriced for the quality. I’d rather eat Taco Bell.
Food was very tasty and authentic. Cactus anyone?? Friendly efficient staff. Margaritas were excellent. !! Large portions.
this is a mom and pop eatery of the best kind. Great service, and the food was delicious. Do not underestimate the portion size as it is indeed very filling. Would absolutely eat here again?

This is the best food ever! Street tacos were amazing and friendly people there.
My husband and I were in Branson for vacation and we decided to try a restaurant that we had not tried on our previous trips to Branson. We picked this restaurant because we wanted authentic Mexican food. The restaurant was small and a bit worn but that was not an issue. Our server came to the table to provide us with drinks. She came back to take our order and I had a few questions but she spoke very little English and she did not understand any of the questions I asked her about the menu. My husband had the combination plate and I had the shrimp tacos. Just after we got our food I spilled my water. I wiped it up and continued to eat while waiting for the server to come check on us and refill my water. She never came back to the table. After finishing what I had ordered I went up to the cash register to pay the bill (a total of $33.78...which I never received). I told the person checking me out that I spilled my water and she replied, "That's ok, we will clean it up" and I replied, "That is not my point, I had nothing to drink with my meal because my server never came back to my table." I was given the excuse that she was new. While I understand that we all have a learning curve when we take a new job, it is the responsibility of the management to give these new employees on the job training. The restaurant was not busy so no excuses there. There was another server who walked by out table sever times and never once stopped when she saw the mound of napkins on the table from the spilled water. In all fairness to the other waitress, she was busy with a table of three men who she spent a great deal of time laughing with and talking to before during and after their meal. For me, the bottom line is it does not matter how good the food is at a restaurant, if the service is bad it ruins the entire experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant :(
Got combination plates with two tacos and a tamale each. The tamale on both plates had very hard parts where sections had dried out and were too hard to eat. Don’t know if this was from waiting for service, or overcooked. The food tasted as expected and was reasonably priced.
If most of the other diners are speaking Spanish, the food is probably authentic. Aranda’s is not fancy and a little worn, but the service is good and the food is great. Very friendly owner. Be sure to try the pineapple salsa!
I just had Rico’s tacos for the first time today after hearing how good it was for years it seems. It lived up to the hype! Got the shredded beef taco and a steak taco the food was prepared quickly, seemed fresh, and tasted great! I’ll be back for sure.
