Ruby Tuesday let me down, Turned my smile into a frown. Fries were soggy, sad to see, Not the crisp they’re meant to be.
Light lemonade was watered thin, Barely tasted anything. Recorded proof, it’s no surprise, Nasty fries and weak supplies.
Next time I’ll take my meal away, Ruby Tuesday lost today.

The service was exceptional, they have salad bar with multiple options and fresh veggies, I ordered the honey salmon and it was a little spicy but on a good way, we also ordered the 2 for 26$ and it was a good meal for share so don’t get disappointed. The kids pasta was fresh and they also gave us drinks for to go.

The service was excellent. The salad bar was excellent. We ordered a t-bone steak and it was not seared well and very chewy and gristly. We also had a half a rack of ribs and shrimp and it was very good. My son had a hamburger which he enjoyed. Overall we left satisfied

Had dinner there for the first time in 2 yrs. Night and day difference between visits. The food was excellent. Employees acted as though they care and want to be there. It was a great experience all around. What ever changes they made were exactly what this place needed. Highly recommend

It was a slow evening, but the service was slower. They might have been slammed earlier, but we felt lost and alone at times. The food, when it finally arrived, was nothing to write home about, and the salad bar was in need of a refill and some TLC.
Food was great. Personal service was awesome. Several of the plates at the salad bar were dirty. And even if you didn't see anything you could feel stiff on them. Disappointing. Good prices and the food was tasty.

Had food from the Branson restaurant and per having a tomato allergy we always get the dry rub for the ribs and getting the same item we have always ordered but this time they put barbecue sauce on the ribs, when called in I stated this and she said they changed the way it was prepared but the corn was also unable to be eaten as it was burned beyond saving as well as the ribs per the tomato allergy. No compensation was given. Won't be back ever again!!!!!!!!!

I paid $6 extra for grilled chicken on my to-go salad. I opened the container, and there was no chicken on or in my salad. I called the restaurant, and after what sounded like a very non-chalaunt, "Oh well," was told I could come back to get it. When I got there, I stood at the bar waiting for the waitress to quit visiting with customers; not taking orders, not getting drinks, just visiting. She turned towards me at one point and then just walked to the back. When she didn't come back out, I called the restaurant while standing at their bar to see if I could get someone to just give me my chicken. She came out of the back to answer the phone, picked up a bag that had been sitting on the other side of the bar, and offered a flippant, "Sorry about that." When I got back to my hotel, I opened the container, and there was a small, cold, uncut chicken breast in the container. I have no idea if the salad or the chicken are good. I don't know if I'm even going to eat it because I have completely lost my appetite. However, if I do, even if it is the best salad I have ever had, after the horrible service, I doubt I will ever go back.

We had a wild group. Bless our servers' heart. She was very kind and soft-spoken. She was great at upselling! The food wasn't great. Not for the price. Our steaks weren't quite cooked right, but they were still edible. They just lacked flavor. The sautéed zucchini was really good!
