Waitress was terrible never came and checked on us. Steak was ordered medium rare came out well done. Hamburger raw in center. Waitress never came by to fill drinks and make sure everything was cooked. The only positive is their salad bar.

Worst meal we had in Branson. Waitress was great. Hostess horrible! We were leaving and she was drawing on the seating chart. We said have a good evening and she never turned around just mumbled something! The food was horrible. My husbands burger was not done after telling them well done. My chickens flavor was horrible also. Salad bar ok! 50. Plus dollars later we left. You have too much competition to have bad food and greeters!

Smelled & looked old. Waitress was a bad liar/salesperson, lol. Food was horrific! Salmon dry, zucchini the sz of a quarter & thin as a dime, shrimp so seasoned(salty) u can't eat it & rice all sitting on a plate in of oil.Salad bar, I plead the 5th?Road kill & yard grass would've been better.RUN AWAY!

After a long spell of visiting this location we thought we’d give it one more chance. We once again walked out before service. Restaurant has been dirty for a long time. Door glass, to all tables filled with dirty dishes while employees talk in back. Too expensive for the filth.

We choose to come to this place for the salad bar, but it was a total mess today. It’s 4:30 and everything on the salad bar was empty and trashed like it had not been touch since the noon crowd. We are local but won’t be coming back.

Thought we would eat after a show. Not busy. Waiter was good. I tried the sirloin steak which was small, as it said it was but was over cooked and did not really seem like a steak. Also, the next day I saw that RT was running a 9.99 special for our dinners that we paid 15 or 16 for. Possibly this location was not participating. Probably will try elsewhere next time.

I Asked WHY I WAS CHARGED 4. 70 EXTRA on A Simple Drink -- Her Reply Was " UPGRADED"...I NEVER USED UPGRADE OR WOULD HAVE... A SIMPLE DRINK is All I Ask For. This Is So " NOT A WAY FOR GOOD PUBLICITY". . Thinking The Chamber Of Commerce ( As We Work For In Our Friendly Town " Will Be Notified As This Page. OUTRAGEOUS AT 80% UPCHARGE.
