Great decor, excellent wait staff, "rattlesnake " appetizer was delicious and so was the carrot cake dessert. Steaks were mediocre. Very bland. Wife's steak, shrimp and brussel sprouts arrived cold, they did bring out fresh sprouts and shrimp but they were overcooked. For such a hefty price tag I expected better. Texas Roadhouse is more reliable and half the cost.
Husband & I were hungry for a good steak. We had ate at a few Saltgrass Steak Houses in Oklahoma & Texas so assumed this one would be good; it wasn’t. We ordered a 16oz ribeye to share with extra sides. Wanted it cooked medium & the waiter verified we wanted pink & juicy all the way through, which we did. Thank goodness they put butter on their steaks because there was no pink & no juicy to it. We showed it to the waiter when he finally came back around & he agreed it wasn’t cooked right. Then, what I assume was the manger, came by & apologized. He asked if we wanted dessert, I don’t know if he was offering it to us on the house or not, but we declined. Won’t eat here again.
We were there with a party of 10 adults. The food was great and the service was prompt and pleasant.
Lisa was our server and she was outstanding on every detail of our meal.
Her costumer service was awesome!
Darien was the best server and made the experience wonderful.
Food and drinks were good, but the real star of the show was our server Mark. He’s an absolute professional — knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Mark changed my understanding of what customer service can be. Thank you. Thank you, Mark.
Mark was our waiter and he was fantastic! Quick service. He anticipated our needs at every turn. Thanks Mark for making our vacation great!
Fun staff and the food is a steak house quality.
They cook beautiful steak. It reminds me of Montana ranches.

Food was AMAZING. Our service by Lisa was absolutely amazing too! Would definitely come back!
The steak was tender and delicious. Baked potato was perfectly cooked.
I am so glad that our first experience at Saltgrass was fun and enjoyable with perfectly prepared meals. Our waitress .. Karli .. was amazing. She made our meal fun as we bantered back snd forth. There was one tiny glitch in one of our plates and she told us up front that she gad keyed it in to the computer incorrectly, she was perfectly upfront about it and offered to make it right. We were pleasantly surprised at her honesty. Then came the time to taste the food ... it was exquisite! My wife and I both had bacon wrapped filets with shrimp mine with fried shrimp, hers with grilled. I had a baked potato, she gad the green beans. We started off with house salads .. cold and fresh! Everything on our plates was prepared to perfection .. and Karli was one of the best waitress' I have gad in years!!! It was our kast day in Branson, MO .. I will always remember capping pff a wonderful week with this meal. Thank you Karli and the manager was also amazing.
This is a very good steakhouse near a river. First problem is that you must park 3 or 4 football fields away and walk thru an open air mall. And there are NO SIGNS in the parking lot saying there is a Saltgrass restaurant there! Nice interior, clean, with a cheerful atmosphere. Our waiter, Zander, and his manager, Hector, were exceptional and very friendly. Hector doubled as the bartender and he made the best Lemondrop martini's ever!!! My wife had the pork ribs which fell off the bone tender. However, my filet was very fatty and I only ate 1/2 of it. The loaded baked potato soup was excellent.
Delicious steaks !
