Doesn’t look fancy from the outside but the whole experience was top notch and I’ll definitely be back! SO good! And you have to try the Avocado Bomb!

This was by worst the worse Hibachi I’ve ever eaten. In fact I couldn’t eat it. The steak had to be the cheapest beef available. The fried rice was steamed rice thrown on the grill for a second. There was no flavor at all. The place was filthy. The grill wasn’t probably cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting. The cook had zero personality and didn’t interact with the crowd. Our server was fine. The portions were very skimpy which was fine since it wasn’t edible any way. 130.00 for three terrible meals was outrageous!

The restaurant was somewhat full, with 2 chefs working all of the tables. We were told it was a 13 minute wait, but it turned into well over an hour to be seated and drinks ordered. The shrimp of the steak and shrimp meal was excellent. The steak chewy and mediocre. I'm sure they are better than this usually or they wouldn't have the crowd. Maybe better if there's a next time.

Nothing here to brag about, mediocre food, inattentive waitstaff and the hibachi tables were rushed in and out. Other places await in Branson.

This Shogun serves great food, but the atmosphere is less than desirable. The floors are always greasy and slick, and the decor is outdated. The staff is pleasant but not always attentive. On our last visit, we had several run out of their drinks and have to search for our waitress to get a refill.
All that being said, the food does keep us returning but there are issues that could be resolved with some change.

The food was very bland and not seasoned very well. Very disappointed :( none of our family of five enjoyed the food.

It wasn't that crowded The chef was great. The other service wasn't terrific. I think the hostess was also the waitress.
