Arrived at 5:30 and the place was completely empty. A guy came out of the back, and I ordered a drink and asked for a menu. He said the cook had not shown up, so there wouldn't be food. All in all, a very weird experience. The place looked like it was no longer open for business except for the bar. I don't recommend it.

Visited based on the fact they had 2 pool tables and shuffleboard. The service was terrible, bartender did not know the price of a drink, and zero attention paid to our party. Plenty of attention was paid to what I can only assume as the regulars. The bar was pretty dead and live event was advertised byt it was only karaoke. Left after 1 drink and found a much better hangout.

We stopped in here for lunch to try something new in the area the food was great. Server was super nice and the music was good too. We'll definitely be back.

My friends and I went to Sips yesterday. We walked in and sat down and there were no other customers. There was a table with 3 people, one of whom looked like a manager. We sat there for almost 10 minutes with no one helping us. Finally the manager walked over to the pool table area and got a lady to tend to us. She walked up to us, looked at our half full water bottles that we’d brought from the movies & the first thing out of her mouth was, “You’re going to have to get rid of those. Throw them away or pour them out.” Then she proceeded to tell us that their cook hadn’t shown up. We left and went to another restaurant, that was packed, but still when we sat down, we were greeted with, “Welcome to Little Hacienda.” I will never step foot in Sips again.

I went to sips on Monday night and the tall long haired delicious man was so good to me I will be getting drunk here again. Also Sergio was very nice and made a margarita!!

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. The food was great. Our kids had the pepperoni pizza and my wife and I had wings and the kettle chips. Everything was very tasty. The server was also good, but he was the only person doing a lot of things. They seemed understaffed, but it was not busy at all. We had two things that were not so great during our visit. First, they were out of a lot of things. 2 different wing sauces, at least one beer on tap, and the mozzarella pearls were things that we inquired about that they did not have. The server told us they had a really busy weekend and were waiting for supplies to be replenished. He also said the last night's crowd was also large and hadn't helped the situation. The thing that was most disappointing tonight was the bathroom. My 4 year old son had to go and I took him to the men's room only to find that the lights above the only stall were not working, the door to the stall did not lock, and there were 3 or 4 empty beer bottles on the floor in the stall. Also, one of the two soap dispensers was empty. We told our server about the issues and to his credit, he did go back there to clean up some, but he remarked that given the crowd they had last night, he wasn't surprised to hear of beer bottles on the ground. I guess the part of that which was most concerning to me was that it implied that no one from the restaurant staff had checked the men's room in nearly 24 hours. However, if their staffing is as light as it seemed tonight, I can imagine that there wouldn't be much time to get to those sorts of things. The food was really good and the server was working hard. This place could be really great if they get a couple things corrected.

Absolutely terrible experience. We had a large group that called before coming in and we were told they have room for us. We were then greeted by a bartender/server that looked surprised to see our large group. We were given menus and then never asked for drink orders. We were told they only had one server and one cook. There was only 6 people there before we got there at 7:45. One of our group tried asking the cook if we could just get 6 pizzas for our entire group and just pitchers of beer and water to try and make it easy for them. We kept getting excuse after excuse why they couldn’t cook food for us. Which there was 2 cooks in the kitchen. The server never came back to our table and was just standing at the bar hugging and talking to another person at the bar. So we finally decided to get up and leave because they obviously did not want to serve us. On our way out the door the server asked us, “what did you decide?” There were 2 restaurant owners in our group and they were appalled at the entire situation. Would not recommend.

We were told about a good band that plays on Saturday afternoons so we went early to eat and get a seat before they were scheduled to start. The band was very good. It was the best part of the whole place. The little gal behind the bar was very nice. The guy on the other hand was not at all. We waited quite a while just to order our food and then it was quite a while before it ever came out and it wasn't even made as the menu stated. It was OK. Not great. Not impressed. Probably won't go back.

Called ahead to check for availability. 7:30 PM on a Saturday night; lady says they hardly had anyone in there...we should've known right away that something was wrong. We get there and go inside to find a very plain, boring atmosphere except for a group of young individuals by the bar. We stood at the door unnoticed for 5 mins before one of the bartenders approached us and told us they had only a limited menu. We left at that moment. From the little bit we witnessed, no wonder Noone goes there!

It's hard to find a good place for late night food in Branson.. but this is THE place!! The food was fantastic and HOT.. the atmosphere was laid back and fun.. and our Bartender, Logan, was absolutely fantastic! Between his recommendations and warm personality..he helped make our time out last evening a blast! will recommend to everyone...and we will be back!!

We came in around 7:30 at night and we were the only family eating there place was totally empty. Service was good but food was decent at best. We all got hamburgers and they were ok they were also out of wings and fries but what can you do. Wouldn't go again much better food options in Branson.
