Waited 20 minutes and never got served. It wasnt even busy. Literally 1 person in there and still no help. My sister is gay and we both felt we didnt get served bc of this. I love how r employees were all there and not 1 wanted to help us.

I was really looking forward to visiting this place because I’m a big fan of moonshine and was ready to make a large purchase. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, I was completely ignored. Even at the samples section, I tried to get the staff’s attention, made eye contact, and asked for assistance, but the guy there just completely overlooked me. I can’t understand why I was treated this way, but it was incredibly disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect at least some acknowledgment and courtesy. If customer service isn’t a priority here, I’ll happily take my business elsewhere

The bartender was great! However, when my family returned to buy some more flavored peanut butter we saw they were selling product that was MONTHS past their sell by date. I told the girl at the register and she took a few of the expired jars and offered to sell us them for a discount but we declined and decided not to buy anything. We saw the cashier take the jars and put them in the cabinet below where the extra stock jars were being held. When I got back to our vacation rental house my jar was expired too! I DO NOT recommend them! The moonshine was ok but not the food products.

We always stop by here when we’re shopping in Tanger. Free moonshine samples and the same buy 3 get 1 free deal on moonshine jars as the other location. The staff is always friendly.

Great and fun place to have some free shots of moonshine. Customer service is fantastic and funny would 100% recommend to taste some free shine.

Very friendly people. We bought 4 of the candles around $70.00.They smell great until you light them. Once you light them no smell whatsoever. VERY disappointing. I hate to leave a review like this…but I feel like I have been done wrong. Misleading. Notice none are burning in the store. I would not either.Can’t comment on moonshine as I do not drink.

Made 2 trips on different days to this Distillery. Once for samples and once for shopping! Fun and informative folks here!

The young guy was so sweet and knew his things very well and the girl was very friendly

Service was poor quality, couldn’t care less about customer care. Don’t know how to answer a phone, managers are poorly trained, hardly know about their own product. Keep they eyes on their phones and nothing more, very poor, very rude. Do not recommend, southern gas stations have better moonshine

After looking around shop and then walked to counter to taste and buy some moonshine my girlfriend and I was the only ones in there and the two girls just stood at other end playing on phone and never asked if we needed help . Will not be back . I will go back to Tennessee to get my shine

the tasting was fun and the gal that was there made it so fun. The guys were helpful in picking stuff out. All in all had a great time.
