Lady was rude at the front my daughter had been so excited to try this place we are the only other people in line besides the 2 she is serving in front of us we were in line before 9 and she decided to close up and make my daughter cry we are not from here and that was on her list we were in line before closing and my daughter was litterally the only other customer around she was bouncing all excited across the parking lot even had to change to look special to try it and the lady flat out tells my 5 year old she's closed and won't make a cone for her and broke her toddler heart a night of fun turned into her being heart broken when we were in line and the only person there it wasn't like 30 people trying to get to this dinky ice cream stand it was one toddler shaking with excitement trying to pick the best things on the menu and she was nervous because she hadn't tried it before but super excited and yall ruined that for her so I hope yall go to sleep happy that I had to hold my baby and explain some people are just awful humans I will make sure everyone knows this is NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE AND MAKE THEIR OWN HOURS NOT THE ONES THEY ADVERTISE and will just tell you they aren't serving you after waiting in line I suggest the 50s diner if you want a place to go for something sweet they don't make children cry and their food is delicious lol and 5 bucks for an Ice cream cone?

You are in customer service. Having a kid inline at 9pm. And refusing to take their order is ridiculous. Especially when online it states you are open until 930. Someone relay needs to teach this guy what servant leadership is.

The vanilla base is great, but that's basically all you can taste. The ice cream is infused like a LaCroix is infused. Great service and cool atmosphere with some shaded tables.

I ate at the aquarium location and was very disappointed. I orderd the strawberry, banana, chocolate waffle cone and it was nothing but vanilla ice cream. We had left before I really started eating it. Would not recommend. Lots of bad reviews for this place. Spoonys, do better.

We are not from Branson but had stopped by the boardwalk to watch the fountain light show and noticed ice cream stand, my daughters wanted to go so we walked over. When we reached the stand the man was rude and said "we have 3 mins and we are closing it down" he said it so rude and seemed so annoyed that the people behind us left. If it wouldn't have been for my daughters wanting the ice cream I would have left. We also went to take pics in front of the light up truck and they shut the lights off on us. No hospitality at all. The next night we went and I noticed 2 different people working the stand and they waited the line before closing and even left the lights on for the mom to take pics of her kids standing on the truck. Oh and the ice cream lacked the infused flavor.

I normally wouldn't review a place if it's not good, but this place was a total waste of $5.00 and the 5 minutes I spent here. The lady behind the counter acted like I was wasting her time. I ordered a chocolate, carmal, cheesecake and in the amount of time it takes to dish up a soft serve ice cream I got my dish. It tasted just like vanilla soft serve ice cream you could get at McDonald's. Don't waste you time and money. Unless you like to pay $5.00 for someone to talk rude to you, give you vanilla ice cream and expect a tip from you.

Nice location right by the Branson Aquarium at the Branson Boardwalk! The man working was super nice and even gave us an extra amount because he said the first ice cream cup was small. Much appreciated!

The guy working was so nice! The ice cream is amazing. We got 5 different kinds and i couldn’t decide which was my favorite. Price was extremely fair. We will come back again and again.

Great atmosphere and nice to grab a treat to eat while watching the fountains. Ice cream itself was just ok...vanilla with a hint of flavor swirl on the edge. My husband and I split a cup for $5. Saw a few get cones for the same price and the portion seemed larger. It melts quick so eat fast and grab napkins.

DELICIOUS! Gentlemen running it was awesome! Unique experience/taste. Definitely recommend if you near!!! Portion to price was exceptional.

Extremely fast service, and absolutely delicious! It's priced extremely well and is the perfect way to cool off in this way too hot summer.

Good amount for price there is flavor but def not overwhelming

The ice cream is amazing, but the customer service from Asa was even better! Super helpful and knowledgeable and gave us tips for finding new adventures in Branson. Thank you Asa! Can’t wait to come back for more ice cream next time we are in Branson.
