Bathrooms were disgusting and had no soap. The waitstaff was not rude, but definitely not cordial. The food came very quickly, and was EXTREMELY bad. I don't know how you can make lobster and shrimp completely FLAVORLESS, but somehow they managed. I got the boil, and my wife got the fish and chips. Even the butter tasted like straight canola oil. Our bill was almost $120 dollars, and we left starving because the food was that bad! DO NOT EAT HERE!

We didn't get there until 10 minutes before they closed, so we decided it was too late to inconvenience them. The manager came outside and said it was fine. Please come in. Their over-the -top kindness was greatly appriciated. Brandy and Samantha were outstanding.

Food was greasy, bland, uninspired. Waited for a very long time while the restaurant was mostly empty. I’m not surprised hardly anyone was here. Waitstaff was okay, but not great. All in all would not recommend.

From the beginning, the service was unpleasant. The waitstaff was kinda rude right off the bat, which honestly should have been our first warning. When the food finally arrived, we were shocked by the portion sizes, especially considering the bill totaled $250, with one plate alone costing $150. The portions were tiny, and worse, every dish tasted water-logged and completely bland.
My son ordered crawfish, and they were so full of water that he was literally pouring liquid out of them. No seasoning, no flavor, just incredibly disappointing for a seafood restaurant.
We chose this restaurant based on its 4.5-star rating, but it wasn’t even close to deserving that. While we were there, another table actually got up and left mid-meal. And the table behind even said they had to choke down their meal.
To make matters worse, after dinner my husband went to wash his hands and found cigarette butts and worse in the urinal. If we had seen that beforehand, we would have left immediately.
Between the service, overpriced and tasteless food, and the unsanitary conditions, this place isn’t worth even one star. They were also out of a lot of stuff.
Extremely disappointed.
The only redeeming quality was the robot food delivery, maybe they got rid of the seasoning and good help for the robots.
