It was not the experience I was hoping for from a restaurant rating of 4.5 stars... It took 10 minutes to be greeted at our table. A family member ordered a prime rib, that was served overcooked and they couldn't remake it bc it was the last one apparently. He then ordered a ribeye, which then looked disgusting, and had a grey color appearance. No manager came by to check on us. I have previously worked in the dining industry, and I am very disappointed in this establishment.

This place was horrible from start to finish. Our server, Laney, forgot about us multiple times. We were waiting so long for our drinks someone else brought out part of our food first. We tried to flag her down for our drinks and we were ignored several times. Our meals were not good either. That was the worst seafood boil I’ve ever had, we found a white curly hair in it and not to mention it made me incredibly sick when we got back to our hotel. It took forever to get our checks because our sever got them wrong four different times, then kept ignoring us when we tried to get her attention to fix them. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Nothing about this place was good.

My visit was nothing short of excellence, thanks to our wonderful Jamaican waitress. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and always always checking in with a smile and making sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was fresh but what really stood out was that remoulade sauce we found ourselves dipping everything in it. Between the amazing food and the exceptional service from our waitress, this spot is definitely one I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great seafood.

This was Me and my wifes first time here and we had an amazing experience. Ivan, who was at the end of his shift, was still very optimistic and positive throughout our time there. He even brought out their robots just because we asked about them and brought a complimentary pie just because. Ivan made our experience one of a kind and we will be coming back exclusively for him!

When we first got to the host stand to put our partys number of people, we were told they don't put names down, we had a party of 7.... the next party to come in a few minutes later had the same amount of people.... the host skipped us and set them first after about 30 minutes or so we were finally seated. Our party's food was not brought out at the same time, A couple of our dishes were cold like they had been sitting for 20 minutes, 1 person in our party ordered Cocunut shrimp and it was so greasy they couldn't eat it & a dish of shrimp alfredo that came out & was so cold, in all honesty I dont think the sauce was ever heated up.... & The waiter kept saying im the best waiter this place has, which is very unprofessional!
