We did a wine tasting with Charley Jo and she did a great job. She was very informative and her wonderful personality made it a lot of fun. The food was very good but the service was slow. I definitely recommend St James Winery.

Enjoyed our stop here. Did a tasting which was 4 wines of our choice and one of theirs. We found a couple wines we liked and purchased them. The place was nicely decorated, staff was friendly, just wish we could have got a little more info about the wine when tasting.

If you’re interested in wine tasting, while in Branson Mo. this is the winery you need to visit!! Wonderful staff, establishment is very clean and comfortable, and I believe I hurt myself on the Philly steak and cheese pizza!!

Today I discovered why I don't buy St. James wines. To be honest, there didn't seem to be a catalyst for my habitual boycott of St. James. Just some ethereal rule engrained into DNA like an eleventh commandment. "Thou shalt not buy St. James wine." But I like to tow the line and ask the really big questions that need to be asked. And also, we like wineries and wine tastings. Under any other circumstances, skimpy pours would never make it onto the daily list of things to be grateful for, but the greediness at St. James winery spared us excess exposure to atrocities like an overly acidic Norton and what was ostensibly a cherry moscato, although the latter summoned suspicions of water with a few drops of coloring. Literally everything we tasted was subpar and anemic at best, fetid at worst. Back to the portion size- granted, "a tasting" is subjective term, however most winery pours are adequate to feel like an exchange of goods and money occurred. We received 5 thimbles of really gross wine for FIFTEEN dollars. We tempted the knowledge of the universe and lost. Never again.
