Stopped by to grab and go. We ordered 3 different drinks. They were all bad. I got a mocha frappe, another ordered a sugar cookie almond milk latte iced. And another an iced caramel macchiato. None of them had even the slighted taste of coffee. Mine had no taste of mocha. They tasted like sweet milk. No flavor. Service was quick and good.

Sebby at Starbucks was very helpful, efficient, and thoughtful when a group of us visited during this week. He identified a problem with our order very quickly and fixed it and apologised for a little extra time it ok for our order to come through. Thanks to Sebby !

Paid with a 100 dollar bill. That was a mistake. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience and gave me my change in 1s 5s and quarters. Then when I asked if we could change some of the cash they had in thier tip jar for the quarters. I was quickly and rudely told "don't touch our tip jar". I didn't and dang sure didn't add to it or will I be back.

Vegetarian options: There's a couple of sandwiches,and a great selection of non dairy milk.
I understand that mistakes can occur, but I am disappointed with my recent experiences. I received the incorrect beverage initially and then an incorrect size when it was remade. Additionally, they provided the wrong drink when attempting to rectify the first error. So that was a plus. ❤️ I hope to see improvements in order accuracy and attention to detail going forward. They are typically excellent!

Stopped here yesterday for a coffee and some shelter while it rained outside. The service was good, and the workers were friendly. I overheard the manager talking with one of the employees, telling him he worked hard today and was doing well. It was a great coaching moment, and I could tell by how the team talked amongst each other that it was a positive working environment. Kudos to the manager who probably doesn't ever get feedback... you're doing great with your team!
PS, my croissant was a little cold in the middle, so maybe check out your oven!

We just came and got drinks and breakfast. The ham and cheese croissant was gross! Wasn't even cooked all the way coffee didn't taste like we usually get. So disappointed for $50

Staff was quite possibly the rudest staff I’ve ever met. It was loud in there due to customers and their blenders, and the lady behind the counter mumbled.. when I asked to repeat herself she would act like it was the biggest inconvenience. The breakfast wrap was cold. Not a good Starbucks.
