Walked in with only 5-10 people waiting. After ordering and paying and waiting 10 minutes we were then told there were 40 something orders and have now been waiting for over an hour.

I sat and waited to order for at least 10 minuets, then when I finally did order, I waited another 10 before getting to the window because there was a person in front of me, but they only had 2 drinks. When I finally got to the window and payed, I waited for 15 minuets before getting my drink, which was not what I ordered. That past few times I have been here, the service is always poor and slow, and I have not gotten the right drink either times.

I don’t do reviews but this one needed it. Ridiculous wait time in the drive through. 28 minutes. Then got our coffee immediately but had to wait EIGHT MORE MINUTES for a lemonade refresher. And got asked “is this your missing drink?” when it finally got to us.

Worst Starbucks experience I ever had. Drive thru gets priority. We waited 45 minutes + and got one drink the 15 mins later another... terrible system. Would be better if they would complete one order at a time and get people out instead of everyone crowded in there waiting for pieces of their order. They couldn't operate the drive thru that way so why a different, worse, operation inside? Gives Starbucks a bad reputation

Been getting my morning coffee here for years. Used to be GREAT service and happy employees.
Now, they have gotten a new manager and suddenly staff seem stressed, tired, distant.
And several of my favorite gals have quit!
It is high time Starbucks takes responsibility and get these people a new, kind, positive manager.
Until then, I'm getting my coffee at Hollister Coffee ☕

Just went to Starbucks in Branson Mo. to get a coffee 11.08.2025 8am.
There was a bug crawling over the Danish in the display case. I told the cashier and she she told Manager. Manager told her not ti worry about it.
Very disgusting.

Big shout out to the Morning Crew that was working today! (11/06/25) Not only was the drive-thru line gone faster than I've personally seen, but I was also treated so well by the lovely Worker in the window (sorry, I didn't see your name!) and especially Sarah. I left with a tastey drink and more importantly, a better day due to their kindness, and I can't stress how much I needed that. Thank you, for doing your job well and for being KIND when you didn’t have to. I hope it comes back to you tenfold ❤️

Sooooo slow. Don't walk in. They will prioritize the drive thru. You may have better luck with the app.
We've been waiting 30 minutes for 1 drink. Tons of drinks have served, but not to us that walked in.

The customer service here sucks, I ordered a drink that I get it every single Starbucks no issues usually I specifically ask for a mocha Frappuccino with an Extra shot of espresso mocha drizzle inside and out. Was handed my cup. I told the young lady it did not look right She said have a good day. I was waiting in the drive-through. There was no one behind me to taste my drink because I knew by looking at it it was not correct again. She says have a good day so I taste it and pull back around and honk my horn she had an attitude because it was not correct. They need to fix their customer service. This is ridiculous. I don’t know who’s training your people, but I understand that you’re tired, but you still need to have a better attitude. You’re here to serve customers..

So I spent literally over 45 minutes to rectify a simple coffee order. Called spoke with the floor supervisor who is either handicapped to not be able to make a decision or the company is just not allowed to fix a simple problem of a simple air. Order a black coffee with milk and three Splenda, $2.95. I left a dollar tip because I was impressed that they actually put the Splenda in my coffee. Normally they just hand that and let me do it myself to get in my car to find out I’ve just got black coffee, no milk no Splenda Call floor said can you please credit my account I don’t have the ability to turn around. I’m on the meeting. No there’s fix our error. Jay told me I have called 800 number which they then had to create an account for me because I don’t apparently have a Starbucks account in order for them to actually give me wait for it five dollars. I assure you I will never use Starbucks again nor will my wife—-never received gift card through mail as of 4/2/24….so failed again after I was told by customer service I would be reimbursed by a Starbucks card in mail
