My husband had a black coffee and the barista team and manager said there is no refills on black coffee. My husband walked out. Check 6090 12/29/2024 8:35am. The website says free refills on black coffee. Terrible to say free refill on black coffee and not receive it. No loyalty to the Starbucks Name brand.

This place feels like everyone here is trying to do as little as they possibly can. 3 people working, two younger people and someone about my age, maybe in their 30’s. All were visibly upset by my presence when I walked in, and I was the only guest in the place at the time. They broke away from their conversation and the ordering interaction wasn’t unpleasant, but not exactly helpful and I ended up not liking my coffee. I went to find somewhere to sit and work on a few things and had to find a table and seat could wipe off with a napkin because the every single table in the dining room was dirty. No one called my name when my croissant came up, I just noticed a bag on the counter that hadn’t been there before and went to check if it was mine. As I sit here and watch other people sit at and wipe off dirty tables, I keep wondering why it hasn’t clicked yet for the one person who has been standing there doing nothing but taking orders and watching people wipe their own tables off….

Very rude staff. If your hours are open till 7:00pm, don’t tell me when I walk in at 6:56 that you are about to close and act like you don’t want to take my order. The young man you locked the doors on before 7:00 wasn’t very happy either. Better dock paychecks if your employees aren’t giving you a full shift.

The worst Starbucks went there 11 minutes before they closed they wanted to refuse us the next customers come in the were rude to them locked the doors at 6:58 with customers in the store to keep the potential customers out. The employees do not care about there boss if they did they would get the owners as much as the can will call corporate tomorrow so they can evaluate this situation

Thirty minutes before close we couldn’t order on line because online ordering wasn’t available. Hoped to sit down and enjoy some mochas but the chairs were already upside down on the tables and the floor was wet from mopping. The first Starbucks we’ve been to that was downright uninviting.

everyone behind the counter had bad attitudes and were unprofessional. girl who made our order made my mom's oat milk drink with regular milk, which she can't have. didn't say sorry or anything. she was also playing on her phone as she sat stuff down on the counter (???). then when they remade the drink, they seemed mad and sat it down hard so it spilled out of the top and we had to clean it up. also puthy die they used the same exact cup to remake it... i have just never experienced such a weird starbucks. these people acted like they hate their lives and have zero customer service skills 😬

We stopped in 20 mins before closing to order some drinks from traveling all day the dark haired girl was very rude. I asked my son and husband if they wanted to sit down while we waited for our drinks she said our lobby is closed. Umm? Great but, we would like to sit while we wait. Then she proceeded to tell me the lobby actually closed at 6:30 but they are opened until 7. Like if you don’t like serving the community you serve quit. Have better customer service or don’t talk to paying customer like that. We won’t be going back.

Ordered a Mango Dragon Fruit with water refresher with no ice. When I picked up the drink I noticed my drink was pinker than usual. I checked my receipt and noticed the lady charged me additional for the base. When I went back to the counter and informed her he charged me by mistake extra for something I didn’t ordered she said she did that because I ordered the drink with no ice and she had to add more base. They always just add filtered water instead and never charged me for it. When I told her I have been getting this drink all summer and never had this happen to me she told me their store is not part of the Starbucks corporate rules and that “This is how we do things here”. Of course I wasn’t going to argue with the lady and decided to leave. For this reason the store receives one star for Customer service. Receipt #024011
