They are closed at 4pm, wrong opening time
Terrible experience. Floors sticky, tables sticky, chairs sticky. Got sat down quickly and I started looking at reviews of the place. There sure weren’t many positive ones! Should have left but we stuck it out. Got our drinks and other customers who got there before us started leaving before they got their food. Uh oh. Another set of customers leaves without getting their food. We FINALLY get our food and it’s meh at best. Do NOT be sucked in by the outside decor.
We ate there today, and all of us are now taking numerous trips to the bathroom with stomach distress. Food cold and old, mostly tasteless. so sad to have such bad service. We will not go back, and recommend you go elsewhere.
All of our food came out cold. When i told them it was cold they asked if i rather it be hot. Then they proceeded to take my place and go heat it up in the microwave. After complaining we still got charged $65 for what? Two drinks? This place leaves a bad taste in visitors mouths of branson.
Starbucks in Goddard is awesome ? always friendly staff and of course the drinks are amazing!

Overpriced burnt coffee. Literally always tasted burnt at all their locations. I'll stick with DaVincis here.

I was thrilled that this store did not have the price increases so many chains have in this area. Same great products I’m used to receiving at the same prices.
The only reason this isn’t a 1 is because of the employees. It’s clear they are working hard and giving their best. Food was barely warm and tasteless. I had fried chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease. I’d skip this one!
Best home cooking we have had in Branson just like grandma's. Signature Chicken, Dumplins and rolls were great. Service was excellent as was the view. Live easy listening music from " Mr. Smooth" was a great addition for all those retired and Vet's out there.
Quick friendly service. They only serve drinks but they have real baristas that know their stuff. This one is run by the same people that are at the location by cicis in town. Not a corporate location and run buy locals! But same great quality and taste. Never had to wait in line. The prices are somewhat cheaper at this location compared to others in town. It's inside by the host station upstairs. If there isn't anyone there, the managers of the chicken house also know how to make all the drinks.
Vegetarian options: They have tons of milk options
Kid-friendliness: They can do refreshers, hot chocolate, and non caffeine drinks. Sadly they don't have cake pops at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the front.
Dietary restrictions: They do have the same options as any other starbucks location has.

We made an online order and had to wait for 45 before I order was even ready, with no way to cancel the order.
Our entire family had a great meal. Their fried chicken was fabulous and I had a chicken fried steak breakfast meal that was a heart attack on a plate but was just delicious! I would do it again at the risk of heart disease!
This place is so run down and not enough staff to run it properly. We had to wait for about 20 minutes before being seated for 9 people but the restaurant was almost empty. They bragged about their sea food buffet with crab and lobster and the waitress went on about how thier price was $19.99 while others went by lbs. Well that was a lie. If the chicken attracts you...don't go.
We got there around 5 on a Saturday and should have known not to go in when there weren’t many cars in the parking lot. The prices were outrageous!! $100/piece for all you can eat crab legs and lobster!! $25 for one cluster of crab legs! The buffet was terrible!! The fish tasted like literally grease.my daughter only ate her canned peaches and oranges from the buffet. The hostess asked when I was due, I mean I’m some overweight but I sure don’t look pregnant!! RUDE!!
