This Starbucks has really nice baristas! They were friendly when we walked in and the drinks were really yummy! They were also very helpful when my husband spilled his drink all over our car!
We sat outside and drank our coffee and had a pumpkin muffin. It all was very good.

I had left my husband and children in the car instead of going through the drive-through because the drive-through was backed up into the road. Clearly, they were busy. I waited patiently for 15 minutes. Then, I noticed other patrons who had come in after me and ordered at the counter getting their drinks while I was still waiting. I asked the barista for an ETA on my drinks and she couldn't find my order. She told me there were 22 other orders in queue, but she could put my drinks (that had already been paid for) in line behind them. I asked for a refund. I was upset and called my husband to let him know the situation: essentially, my order had not been placed into their system. I'm not sure if she was just trying to stop all the other customers from rioting in case their orders hadn't been put in or what, but the same barista that not 2 minutes earlier told me my drink wasn't in queue already tried to gaslight me and told me that my order had been put in, and she was just busy and had 50 orders in queue all day. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Terrible organization and even worse customer service skills

I was in town for PTP, and I went to this location almost daily. Every time, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and they also communicate what order was being worked on in real time, which was very helpful. Great service all-around!

Orders were messed up and coffee grounds were left in our coffee. Asked for Venti waters and they gave us these tiny cups. They clearly can’t listen to customers correctly.
