We stopped for our Chai Tea Lattes, travelling from Kentucky to Texas. The manager, Ashley, came to our aid when our cell service failed...as did our GPS. She printed us a map and we got back home safe and sound. She went above and beyond for two older folks and we are so very grateful. Great store and great Chai Tea Lattes!!!

Catherine K. greeted us immediately and took our order. The line was wrapped around the building and it was busy. Literally watched a smooth Barista team working together and very well done!!!!

Christina had great customer service skill. She fixed the coffee i didn't like and was respectful snd kind I was so thankful cause I buy a $10 coffee for me and a 20$ coffee for husband daily Christina made me keep coming back .thank you
