We went for lunch yesterday and was heading to another place but remembered how much we liked it last time we did a uturn and went. Sooooo glad we did. We both ate the pot roast and my goodness what some great food. I ordered the roasted potatoes and got fried okra and our server apologized and made it right. The fries on my husband's plate were hot and very good and he bragged on his okra. My mixed vegetables were fresh and very tasty. We live out of town from the restaurant but will DEFINITELY be a stop again next time we're hunting for good food. According to our ticket our waiter was Kort W and he was very friendly and has great customer service experience. Thank y'all for a great meal.

We went here on our last day of Branson on 11/29/25. To be honest, I was kinda nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but I am glad I didn't let it stop us. We went for breakfast and it is was a nice size buffet being offered. It was busy enough that food was constantly being brought out so the food was hot and fresh. Josh was our waiter and I know that he was super busy but he was still very attentive. It was also refreshing to see that other workers had no qualms about picking up plates or asking if we needed anything if they seen that Josh is busy. Not many places will help out a coworker anymore so it was really refreshing to see that. My advice? Ignore the negativity and try it for yourself.

My husband absolutely LOVES frog legs! And you can’t find them just anywhere - Starvin’ Marvins not only has them but they are the best ever! I love the batter they use! Yum! This buffet is so yummy and good! I mean all the shrimp and fish and Cajun food you can eat on top of the Frog-legs for such a great price! Oh yeah and I love that shrimp soup! Delicious! We have been there 3 times now this week - all different times and always the best service as well! They really take care of you! Thanks you all for the wonderful food and excellent service! :-) The best in Branson in our opinion!

it was our first time at Starvin Marvin's, 2 of us ate off of the Seafood Buffet, 2 of us ordered off of the menu!
All of us were extremely pleased with meals.We had zero complaints!
Already planning a return trip!!!
BTW..I can't forget to mention our waitress Stacy! She was very thorough and customer friendly. she attended to all of our needs in a timely manner. Kudos Stacy!! Job well done

Food was amazing and the servers were really nice and the servers filled up my drink without me knowing they did and the place itself looks really perfect and it is my first time eating here and it was amazing and I will be coming back to starvin marvins when I come back to Branson in on September 10-16.

Nasty food!!! 2 adults and 2 kids $120 for gross food with flies everywhere! Don’t waste your money, literally anything would have been better. My whole family was grossed out! 0/10 🤢 DON’T RECOMMEND!
Won’t come back. Told them 2 adults buffet, 1 child buffet. Got charged for 3 adults buffets. They wouldn’t fix it. Food was okay. Not my cup of tea.

Our dinner was absolutely delicious! Our daughter was able to try a variety of new foods and fell in love with the frog legs and gator! Our waitress, Stacy, was so friendly, kept our table clear and drinks full! We will be back!
