Drove across town to come to this location, and apparently, they close at 6pm even though they advertise they're open until 9pm. Huge inconvenience.

Never been to a a steak and shake WHERE THEY DONT BRING YOU THE FOOD, they might as well not even have a lobby just make it strictly a drive through restaurant. Even McDonald’s and Burger King bring you your food when you dine in.

Dirty, unorganized store. No personality employees. The dining room was a total disaster. Spills not cleaned up. Tables not cleaned off. Customers were cleaning the tables to be able to seat themselves. The bathrooms were atrocious. You could tell no one had been in there to clean them up. It was 9 pm, and closing time is 10, but no place should look like that no matter what time it is. Service with a smile does not happen at this location! If we hadn’t had a hour and a half drive ahead of us and not sure what would be open, we would’ve left.

I ordered two strawberry shakes take out and received them 31 minutes later. The place was dirty so that didn't help with the atmosphere. This is the third time this has happened at this location so it will now be my last time. The other times I ordered food, but thought I could get out quicker with just two shakes.

Supposed to close at 9pm. Myself and others showed up at 8:21 to be told they closed at 8pm. The other families were told the same even though they had cars in the drive thru.

They lied about their hours and turned tons of people away while they had over an hour left til closing. The manager of the shift is named zach but could have lied about his name. They’re was anywhere from 15-20 people inside alone and tons at drive through with orders being turned away.
