7PM on a Saturday night. The manger closed off 2/3 of the restaurant to seating and had us all sitting in a very small space. Clearly they were trying to avoid cleaning the larger dining area. Poor management and a poor customer experience. Avoid this place.

This is an independent restaurant and they have kept the original steak n shake menu, look, etc. Only service, is counter order and pickup, (self service). But, uf you like steak and shake, it's good.

Went through drive thru because kids were tired. Had us pull up when no one was behind us. All our burgers were totally flattened. My husbands garlic burger didn’t have the garlic sauce. Fries were cold and soggy when we got them. Got large fries which cost more and they squished the fries down past the edge so they’re just one big fry clump. Get back to the hotel with screaming kids to disappointment. Worst 40$ we’ve spent in Branson.

Great burgers and fries at an affordable price. Ice creams are great but unfortunately only come in one size.
