Stopped in for lunch and we were a little disappointed. Our shake was really good, but the buns for our burgers were a little stale, the burgers did not have any real taste to them, our fries were cold, the chili was pretty good and hot though. Might be the day we hot or something but there are better places that are the same price nearby.

We went through the drive thru. Everything tasted gross. Burgers fell apart, fries were stale and old. Even the dr. Pepper tasted off. I used to love steak n shake but the last two have been gross. We ended up tossing a lot in the trash.

It is truly funny but we used to have Steak and Shakes in Dallas, and maybe there still are but I cannot find a location close by. Anyways, we ended up buying to-go from this location and eating it back at the hotel. It was pretty good. Better than I remembered. The onion rings were especially memorable. I forgot how good these were. The burgers and milkshakes were yummy too. I would go back if there was a location close by.

This is by far the worst stake n shake I have ever been to! I go to the one in Springfield all the time and this one is completely different. My Frisco melt had no sauce on it and when I asked for some they wanted to charge me .40 cents for it when it should have come on my burger. Absolutely ridiculous!! This is the laziest staff I have ever seen. Our table was dirty and there is trash all over the floor! I will never waste my money here again!
