We had Katie as our server and she was beyond amazing!
She was attentive and made us feel very welcome. Dine in or drive through, the food is the same, but it was having her as a server that truly elevated the experience. We'll be requesting her if possible next time we come in!!!

Hours to restaurant on Google maps are not correct. Call restaurant to confirm the hours of operation.
When we came by we were hoping for shakes but did not realize that we were arriving around closing time and were unable to order shakes. Google maps told us different hours. Food was okay and service was good.

We got there at 945 pm there was one car in front of us set there for like 10 min car moved we got to the box sat there for ever nothing we Are see ppl come out drove up to window the guy behind window rude said we are close I was like here already 15 to 20 mins he shut window I set there for over 20 mins there could of said something or shut the drive thru screen off so ppl knew they was closed

Came at 10pm exactly, their hours say 11pm. All the workers were walking out the door to their cars and hanging out in the parking lot, closing an hour early. Drove all the way to town for them to be closed.

Ordered Double steak burger with everything, got home, 3 min away, cold hard bun, plain cheeseburger and fries were cold. 2 patty melts, cold as well as fries. We specifically asked for fresh fries. We went back and a very young manager didn't seem sorry and only offered to give us our money back. 33.00 is too much for crap food. We used to love our Branson steak n shake but unfortunately it's gone down hill. Never go back.
