Fastest service ever. We shared a shake and burger and they cut the burger in half for us, brought an extra plate and extra glass so we could easily share. Very accommodating.

Had only been to a Steak 'n Shake once before, but this one was very superb. Got a burger/fries, and my DH got a shake. Loved the thin fries, and there was nothing that went to waste. Great meal.

Drive thru but went in for additional items. The manager clearly needs replacing. No knowledge about Covid era cleanliness.

I'd give 0 stars if I could I almost didn't pay. Rude a** white girl with fried platinum blonde hair refused to serve or seat me and asked her coworker to after waiting about 15 minutes. They dropped my food and ticket off at the same time without asking if I needed anything else and literally disregarded me afterwards (I was gonna order food to go and I needed napkins). The crazy thing is I watched them give better service to everyone else who came in after me. Food was subpar and they gave me like a handful off fries. Avoid this location. Completely ruined steak and shake for me all together

Restaurant was packed. Only four employees. All orders taken swiftly and courteously and food prepared and put out for pickup quickly. I was very impressed with the four employees working.

It’s our go to on Friday and Saturday nights before we hit the town. Fast, friendly, and the food is hot and fresh.
Granted it's fast food burgers and fries, but it's a good burger and fries plus they make some of the best milkshakes you'll find. The only issue I have is the drive thru can be a little slow since food is cooked to order. They have shoestring fries, which are one of my favorites.

The food was cold and under seasoned, they messed up the shake the first time, the chili was cold on the Chili cheese fries, I understand that u are short handed, but you are charging same prices, take some pride in what you do!
