it's impossible to get service at this subway. I came back twice and I saw multiple people walking out because they had one guy working there and all he was working on was to go orders, everyone else was ignored! It'll be a cold day before I ever go back to the subway again! The service is horrible if I could give a negative number I would!

I ordered a sandwich off the app for delivery and it got returned because the driver couldn’t reach me? Makes no sense because they never tried to call me or anything.
When you try to contact the store the number it tells you it can not be completed.

I want to start by saying that if I could, I would rate this location a 0/5! I was with two other adults and my two children, and I had just gotten done with some holiday shopping and wanted to stop by the conveniently located subway, at a magnificent Wal-Mart. Little did I know, that it was the biggest mistake ever! I went to the desk to order, and a guy showed up to take my order, the moment I started talking the guy was very rude and was showing me some weird attitude we did not deserve. We did absolutely nothing wrong and I partially think that this was because of my race. Once we paid his attitude was sky-high and I paid in change because I wanted to get rid of the spare change I had on me. The guy was SUPER rude after that, and my experience as a Subway worker told me to never talk to someone in that manner. We reacted in no way, and the guy then said "You may not sit here ma'am, we are closing in 10 MINUTES." (aggressively) We said okay and were prepared to leave in 10 MINUTES. Then, once the guy sees that we have not gone he tells us that he will call a supervisor to get us KICKED OUT. I am very furious at this time, and any sensible human would not just allow themselves to be pushed around like that. So, I got up to the counter and he was in the back. The worst part about the entire thing is that the Walmart employees who were sitting on break in the area heard this situation and said that the lobby wasn't even closing at that moment, and the guy let anyone stay until the Walmart closed. That was the thing that sent me overboard as I got up to the counter and before I could even utter a word the guy said "Ma'am I have called a supervisor on you because you would not listen to my demands as we are NOW CLOSED" pay attention to the time this went down because it was 8:57 NOT 9 O'CLOCK. We were furious, but to shut him up, we just left with a broken trust in this Walmart. In summary, I think the guy who was serving us should be penalized for this in some way, and if any WalMart supervisor reads over this, I encourage them to look over the security footage to see all this true info. (Edit) If any kind soul would like to check their website it says FRIDAY 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM... this is sad.

I am very disappointed on the customer service here I’ve always came to this location because of the good customer service but today Mike was being very rude towards me when all I was trying to do was tell him what I wanted on my sandwich. Get good employees

Walked into restaurant at 9:40 pm and the guy behind the counter said they were closed and refused to allow anyone to order. He had several people in line and the restaurant does close until 10:00 pm.

The employee Thomas. was very rude acting nasty to the customers I was buying chips and waiting to pay he he told me I needed to go to the end of the line so he can make multiple sandwiches. I wasn't there for sandwich I had gotten that making a mobile order(but that is another story) due to this I will not use this location in the future. But if your looking for rudeness this is the place.
