Had an amazing time today with my husband. The girl at the counter (named Hailey) was very kind and friendly and had a fantastic attitude. I’ve never met such a pleasant person working food service before, don’t know who to contact but whatever she makes she deserves a raise!

Worst subway I've ever been to tried to go on Subway website to rate them can't because their system does not recognize the store number 18563
The older lady who's been working here the past several times I went here seems to be miserable does not have a good personality Combs office slightly rude today my 6 inch sub only had 5 inches worth of stuff on it I hate going here it's just the fastest place to get something to eat when I'm on my lunch break
If you have time to go somewhere different go somewhere different that's my recommendation

This location stopped taking coupons. Just be aware you're unable to use your mobile or paper mailed coupons. They want you to go all the way across town, per employee suggestion, to another location. Umm, what?
Hey subway corporate, where does a customer go to see who participates in coupon redemption in the area?
We had a catering order for our office and they cancelled it 15 minutes before it was scheduled to be picked up.
I only have issues at this one location. The sign says they accept coupons on Monday and Tuesday but wouldn’t honor any of the ones I have, it felt more she like just didn’t want to help me and somehow I offended or bothered her? I thanked her for her help and walked out. I just simply won’t go back. Problem solved.

The gal who was working, was working her tail off and had such a positive attitude about it.
We always have a big order. Hayley was absolutely phenomenal! Not once did she complain about how much we ordered and how long it took to make. We will definitely be back to this location. She was so sweet and bubbly!!

The lazy worker at the restaurant closed at 10 when I placed my order at 7 for pickup at 10:45 just to meet her in the parking lot to tell me I'm screwed out of money.

Went in a online or I store order coupon. The staff was incapable of know how to honor the coupon for an in store order. They need to learn how to their computer.

Cindy is a real hoot. She was rude and disgusting. Don’t recommend. Also took 20 mins for 2 sandwiches. Do not go here!

There is an older lady there who is incredibly rude every single time we visit. It is a more convenient location, but we try to avoid it altogether because of how rude this lady is. We thought we'd try again today. Big mistake. Upon entering she had an attitude and scoffed at us. We just left. We've told the area director, but she is still rude. The last time we were in she literally cursed at us, called me a name, and nothing happened. DO yourself a favor, go to the one on the strip where the ladies are friendly.

If I could leave a zero I would. I Did an online order at 8:30 pm, said it would be ready by 8:55, I get there and the staff has the door locked closing up. They are supposed to be open til 11:00. I knock and he answers and I explained I have an order online paid for and he says he just got it and he is closing and there is nothing he can do. He is blaring music and said I need to request a refund he is closing up and he was supposed to get off at 6:30. I am not sure how things go around here in MO but this was the oddest experience I’ve ever been through, and never got my food and my card was charged.
