Absolutely the worst!! Sent my husband to pick up 2 foot long sandwiches. I wanted extra pickles and onions on mine - nothing else. However, my husband was told that was not allowed. He even offered to pay extra, but the girl refused. There was 4 pickle chips on the entire 12 inch sandwich!! If I had been there, I would have cancelled the order and walked out. As it is, we will NEVER eat there again. I will also make sure all my co-workers know about this. Out business is just around the corner, but I promise you I will drive all the way to another city before I ever go here again.

I’m bummed that we had a terrible experience today. The lady who helped us was not friendly at all and looked like she hated her job. She didn’t ask me what kind of cheese I wanted and put it on there anyway. My sandwich was so dry and burnt that I had to pull it apart to get the hard pieces off.

Made a online order. I went in at the time they said my order would be ready but the place was busy. And only after everyone left they started to do my order. From the start of my order to getting my food took 50 minutes. Very bad/slow experience
Guy that was working the counter coughed in out food multiple times and used inappropriate language during service just performed in a all around unprofessional maner

Tried to get food there two times. On July 13 and 14. Both times the lady was rude. First time said they wouldn’t have bread for 25 minutes. Second time said they weren’t open. It was 10:30 am. I want be back for a third time.

Seemed like a nice place but as soon as we walked in the door the employee said well I guess I won't get that mobile order prepped. It was rude. I get that he was probably on his own doing all the work and I feel for him on that. but that is something you think to yourself not say out loud. It was very unwelcoming. We turned around and left. Don't know if food is good??? 6pm 7/12/25.

I stopped at this location because of its proximity to our lodging and the theatre where my family was on our way to see a show. We were in a time crunch and wanted something quick before the show. I was in and out in a few minutes and the sandwiches were tasty. The man working was great with upselling, and after I left I wished I had said yes to the cookies. I will next time!

Please go to a different subway waited 15 mins to pick up an online order. Multiple people in line and dude was moving like a sloth. Didn’t look up at customers. Didn’t acknowledge anyone. Never going there again.
Service at this location is god awful. The old lady that works in the mornings likes to lie and say that the place doesn’t open at 10 am, when it definitely does. Go to the one on 76.

The service is not good at all. Waited for 10 minutes and the sandwich maker ran around like it was his first day. Had 3 people in line and not one sub made. Drove and extra mile and in traffic to a better one. Not one person eating inside so they where not busy.
