Tried to get food there two times. On July 13 and 14. Both times the lady was rude. First time said they wouldn’t have bread for 25 minutes. Second time said they weren’t open. It was 10:30 am. I want be back for a third time.

Seemed like a nice place but as soon as we walked in the door the employee said well I guess I won't get that mobile order prepped. It was rude. I get that he was probably on his own doing all the work and I feel for him on that. but that is something you think to yourself not say out loud. It was very unwelcoming. We turned around and left. Don't know if food is good??? 6pm 7/12/25.

I stopped at this location because of its proximity to our lodging and the theatre where my family was on our way to see a show. We were in a time crunch and wanted something quick before the show. I was in and out in a few minutes and the sandwiches were tasty. The man working was great with upselling, and after I left I wished I had said yes to the cookies. I will next time!

Please go to a different subway waited 15 mins to pick up an online order. Multiple people in line and dude was moving like a sloth. Didn’t look up at customers. Didn’t acknowledge anyone. Never going there again.

Service at this location is god awful. The old lady that works in the mornings likes to lie and say that the place doesn’t open at 10 am, when it definitely does. Go to the one on 76.

The service is not good at all. Waited for 10 minutes and the sandwich maker ran around like it was his first day. Had 3 people in line and not one sub made. Drove and extra mile and in traffic to a better one. Not one person eating inside so they where not busy.

A good place to run in and get a sandwich when you're in a hurry, or really hungry. Made the way you want it!
Tried to order but you can't choose your toppings. After you say the sandwich you want and try to tell her the toppings she just skips to the next in line interrupting your order. The build your sandwich is not allowed at this store. There was no delay in ordering jsut didn't want to hear the only 2 toppings I wanted. Had to go to the other store since I was ignored for the next customer and NO foul words were exchanged--I just took my money elsewhere.

Had an amazing time today with my husband. The girl at the counter (named Hailey) was very kind and friendly and had a fantastic attitude. I’ve never met such a pleasant person working food service before, don’t know who to contact but whatever she makes she deserves a raise!

Worst subway I've ever been to tried to go on Subway website to rate them can't because their system does not recognize the store number 18563 The older lady who's been working here the past several times I went here seems to be miserable does not have a good personality Combs office slightly rude today my 6 inch sub only had 5 inches worth of stuff on it I hate going here it's just the fastest place to get something to eat when I'm on my lunch break If you have time to go somewhere different go somewhere different that's my recommendation
