It's Subway, you like it or don't. The staff were fun and friendly, the only downside was the lobby was loaded with what looked to be promotional boxes, chips looked like the rack was ransacked only 2 options left.

I was standing right there telling the employee he was messing up my order, and he tried to fix it. He fixed it wrong and stopped paying attention to me and just wrapped my sub.

I went to this location Sunday. Order a couple salads. My wife did not have her dentures. That day, not trying to be personal. And we asked what the manager themselves, who was putting the salad together. Could she quarter the tomatoes and cucumbers please? She looked over-the-counter at us. It was a blank stare and said, no, it's not policy. I asked, please. And she picked him up off the white counter and stuck them in the salad. Whole then looked over-the-counter again and asked. Is there anything else in my opinion? That is 0 customer service. I mean 0 capital letters, customer service. She should be ashamed for having a manager tag on. I wish her no ill will so, but my wife doesn't lost her enamel. Due to a genetic and was forced to eat with no regard from the management of that store. When I tried to contact this store Via the phone number, it doesn't work. I've been in trying to get contact with the general manager. David Christman and have failed to have that happen as well. I am posting this because that restaurant, in my opinion, has one of the worst customer services of any restaurant. I have ever been to regardless of the title. Thank you
Since the original post above. I have stopped by 4, yes 4, other Subways. Everyone of them, all 4, said the would gladly cut up cucumbers and/or tomatoes in quarters for a salad, wrap or sandwich. With no problem at all. Only the Manager at this Subway has a problem. Upper management needs to address this. This employee was not concerned about customer service obviously. Thank you

I hate talking bad about places, but this subway is the worst!!! I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese and he didn’t even put cheese on my sandwich and then asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted. He put my sandwich in the toaster and didn’t even push the button. I was very disappointed never going back there.
They only honor coupons 2 days a week Bread is often stale Jalapenos and olives have been out so long they are almost the same color of white They aren't friendly at all(but what Subway ever has been?). But overall it is what it is and that is pretty much par for the course at Subway

9/6/24 we came at 10 am to pick up our to go order that was placed at 9:20. We ordered 6 different items. When we arrived there was nothing ready and only female employee behind the counter told us it's not ready becouse she just opened... When I told her it was 40 min and she opened an hour ago she then said she is out of eggs... Only one item had eggs, what about other 5? Must unprofessional employee that doesn't want to be there and prepare orders, why come to work at all???
