A bit chaotic and took forever for food to be prepared. Arguing between employees and everyone seemed overwhelmed.

Absolute horrible experience the worst Taco Bell there is hands down 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru for 10:00 had to go to the window two more times to get them to correct the order and then was told to go to the door and park and wait for them to make these items the only take 50 seconds 20 minutes later items came to us again cold these people have no idea how to properly do their job in a professional manner they should not work here worst service and worst food in Branson

Rockstars--I did a mobile order & picked the wrong pick up time. I called the store and explained. They were AMAZING! The held on making my 3 Taco Party Packs (36 tacos) for a few hours so when I picked them up they were fresh and the shells had a crunch. They were a hit at movie night w/ 25 teenagers! THANK YOU! Great staff and always great food!

The person working window this Monday night, with pink and purple hair, was so lively and kind! Service was fast and the food was hot even though it was 10 pm! I think that person deserves some praise!

Unfortunately each time I order at this Shepherd of the Hills location they always forget an item in my order. I got a lux box this time and they forgot the chips and cheese but I was the only one in the drive through and didn't think I needed to check if it was correct since they weren't busy.

They have worst customer service ever. The manager was rude.. they don’t value customer time. They don’t care about customer service. They are just busy talking with each other. And it looks like the guy manager or the one who working over there as a cashier behaving like he owns it. Worst and bad experience ever.

Had a bad experience today with the 76 taco bell, got permission to come to shepherds taco bell to have my food remade since there was no sauce in the bag. I barely eat as is due to my health but this time it's not the food, it's an employee. He works on the line making food. I explained to him how I wanted my food made to make it easier that him readying the text I have. He got pissy with the manager and cussed at her because she told him not to cuss at her anymore and I saw him talking to her right before my food came out. Someone like that didnt need to have an attitude just because the food had to be remade. Poor everything with him. His shirt is unbuttoned when it should be buttoned and has a look on his face that tells me to pretty much back off. Something needs to be done. The shirt is a health code violation if it touches the food.

Worst service ever! Disrespectful and rude employees and one who claimed to be the manager said his name was James, if that was even true! Refuses to give the district manager number for us to contact for a refund, he took our money and refused to give us our food we waited for over an hour inside the lobby and left with no food and no refund! Had to go somewhere else to eat, Local Business’s claim this location has a bad reputation for this type of behavior! If visiting Branson Do NOT waste your time or money like we did At this Sheppard of the Hills Taco Bell location!

They are trying to get you to use the kiosk. But if you have a question about something good luck. Plus the dining room is dark grey and uninviting. You can tell they don't want you there.

As I wrote this I’ve been in line for 25 min and they have only processed 4 cars. I finally ordered and had to repeat everything a minimum of 4 times. This is insane and you people need to dislodge your head and get it together.

Called my husband's name for an order that wasn't ours. The people it was supposed to go to were so angry about it that they put the bag on their seat and stormed out.
