It's been a week since I was there and I'm still pissed with my experience. Ignored after ordering at the kiosk, paying with cash, needed a cashier. Not a single person could be bothered to acknowledge us even though they served everyone else that came in behind us. We tried to talk to someone but got ignored still. An employee walked past us to lock the lobby doors but couldn't bother with us. Drive thru empty. Lobby empty. This store just needs to be removed or maybe a decent manager with a half decent team.

Everyone waits 30 plus minutes cause there're only four them working. The line worker grimaces and shouts names of orders. The managers name is Bob. He was rude to the lady before me, he tisked at her after reluctantly refunding her order.

uhhh they broke. 1.) they don’t have enough money to break a $100 dollar bill. Our order was $60 and they just said “well we can’t break it bye” like what? 2.) if they are unable to give us $40 dollars back in cash, they clearly have no business, which imply they suck. This business needs either new staff, new location, or maybe just go out of business. Do not make the life changing-world dividing mistake of eating at this bell of taco.

Ordered a nacho bell grande with no tomatoes didn’t even put the nacho bell grande in the bag so didn’t have my meal. Ordered beef and cheese chalupas only beef and cheese for my wife, got chicken and it was fully loaded.
