Disappointed. I worked for Roadhouse years ago, what happend im now here and branson got excited even wore my shirt from years ago. Im not one to complain but its taken me a week to sit and write this. The blossom oinio was doughy and the onion not cooked. I got the 32 oz porterhouse(i dont believe that that was 32 oz hand cut but...) medium rare got it it was not pink it was greay throughout so medium. Do you not have people who can cook a steak? Last night i ordered a steak at cheddars cooked perfectly. So whats wrong Ive never seen this from Texas Roadhouse before and am disappointed . I know people will say dont go back but im a local and am just commenting. Is there a problem in your kitchen? I doubt youll respond I was gonna call but again I understand sometimes problems arise but i expected better from Texas Roadhouse.

4 stars because the hosting system leaves something to be desired even though all Texas Roadhouses are busy all the time. Why predict a 45 minute wait just to have the wait end up being 60-75 minutes? In my day we always rounded up to avoid disappointing customers. Just seems like wait times/seating/kitchen pace would be figured out after 20 years?

Both my son in law's and my steaks were over cooked. I understand the place is brand new and there may be a learning curve involved.

Let’s start with the service, it was good. Not outstanding, but kind of what I would expect. Let’s get to the food. We had 3 steaks. My son was with us. I had the 16oz sirloin ordered medium rare. It was soft like MR but was not as red as expected and not as juicy as expected. My son had the 11oz sirloin cooked medium. It was also soft like a medium but not juicy at all. My wife had the 8 oz sirloin with shrimp. She ordered hers medium. It came out like beef jerky. The manager made it to our table before our waitress got back to us, and stated that he was shocked this came out as a medium. He got my wife a new steak that looked great. It looked better at medium than my medium rare one did. It is almost like they partially cooked the steaks to cut down on service time but it made them all dried out. We also got the cactus blossom. It was very clumpy on the breading. I had to throw away chunks of the breading. It will take a long while for me to try Texas Roadhouse again.

So we always goto TRH, but never this location, my wife and I ordered medium steaks and sides, they apparently gave us someone else's steaks because they were both well done, however, they made it right and made us 2 fresh steaks and fixings to go, I asked them not to do this, but they did it anyway. We will definitely try them again when we come back.

Our steaks were cooked to perfection and tender. Our only criticism is that they don't offer a VIP cards (free appetizers for the year) with purchase of $100 of gift cards. So, it's off to Springfield to order my usual ($500) of Gift cards for the year. If they offered the bonus VIP cards with purchase of $200, they would probably see about an 18% increase in gift card sales... just saying

Music too loud, food over cooked (asked for pink not bloody and it was WELL DONE). Ranch tastes like sour cream, dish missed and server forgot lemon and ranch during appetizers.

my wife and I tried this for the first time today Saturday around 1:30. We were instantly seated wait upon food come out relatively quick. The fillet was so tender and had great flavor. The salad was served cold it was good along with the shrimp skewers. I like the baked potato also. The waitress was friendly, prompt, and on spot great experience we will be returning on our next visit to Branson.

We had a long wait but we weren't in any hurry so it was okay. In from Tulsa for a relaxing weekend. The food and service was spot on and amazing. We will stop in again next time in town.

I got married in Branson this weekend, we decided to cater texas roadhouse to our Air BNB for about 25 people. Madison and her team were amazing to work with, they brought the food, set it up, stayed until we were done eating. Cleaned everything up and boxed up all of the left overs for us to take him. We had plenty of food, and plenty of ROLLS (my son's favorite). The food was warm, the cost was AMAZING compared to other caterers, even my brother said he doesn't think he has had a catered steak that tasted so good!! Again, strongly recommend them for catering (or an night out). Thank you again Madison!!!

Haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in many years. The Branson location is FANTASTIC! I had the 16oz Ft. Worth & the wife had the Country Fried Sirloin. Everything was cooked to perfection. The rolls & honey/cinnamon butter were phenomenal. Was very reasonably priced. $49.90 before taxes & tip.
