We went to the Hoedown Mystery dinner theater. I must have missed the "Hoedown" part when I booked because I was anticipating something else but still had an enjoyable time.Mystery: The presentation was cute and pretty funny. We had good seats but got served quite late (the people next to us were done before we were served but there were many people there so I could see how we were missed.Food: We were unsure of what was put in the bowls in front of us. It was very thick and I dipped my chicken in it to finally realize it was potato soup! The green beans were tasty. I wished I'd checked the menu before we came because I can't eat pork. However, the chicken and the remainder of the food was more than enough for me. I liked that they had carafes of drinks you pick up.Overall an enjoyable 90 minutes.

Went to see the lights display. It was amazing, and we will definitely make it a tradition.

Took the family to the trail of lights it was amazing very fun atmosphere the whole family enjoyed it and then we stayed for hot chocolate and I see Santa. I would definitely recommend going and checking this place out. Is the employees there are very polite and friendly and make you feel like you're at home.

We had a fabulous time at their North Pole Adventure event. Lots of activities and the Christmas lights hay ride was included in the price. In which is spectacular in itself. Tube sliding, open bounce inflatable, animal feeding, suspended bridge course, activities for the kids, and a bunch of photo opportunities. If you’re hungry, make sure you stop at their restaurant before 5pm. We made that mistake, and had to venture out for dinner. There’s lots of free parking there and across the street. But all in all we had a great time.

The show was ok, but the meal was awful. Definitely not worth the $50 a ticket. Maybe the family feud one that wasn't running while we were there is better. The food had no seasoning, and somehow the green beans were both over and under cooked. The chicken was dry and tough. The pork would have been decent if it had been seasoned. Even the bbq sauce was gross, it made the food worse - tried it on both the pork and the chicken. The "choice" of drink was lemonade (the powdered kind), Iced tea, or water - not much of a choice especially since my husband doesn't like iced tea and I don't like iced tea or lemonade (especially powdered). Over all it was disappointing and, although we will be back to Branson, we won't make another trip to Shepherd of the Hills.

Went to see Shepherds Christmas Carol this week. Very organized food service. The meal was wonderful. The show itself was great. Easy to follow and the actors and actresses were spot on. I highly recommend.

GREATE PLACE FOR A FAMILY TO HAVE A FUN TIME! ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES!It’s an amazing place. They have well managed parking lot, and many activities for kids. Shepard Grill restaurant has nice variety of food, and they do offer a kids menu. Fluffy’s are very cute goat, alpaca, cows, and I saw two dogs. Staff is very polite, and friendly.I booked north pole adventure, and I enjoyed it. Also, there is small church on the property where you can sign Christmas carols with your family. Santa was awesome with kids, and they make sure you get nice & perfect family pictures even with toddler.Christmas story show was nice too. it starts little late so try to finish all your outdoor activities before heading to the show.

We watched the ‘Christmas Story’ production! It was wonderful! Food was also delicious! Definitely recommend and will also come back for another show. The only complaint I had was that the showtime was 7:30 but in reality that’s when the doors opened, play started around 8:15-10:15pm. So we got there early because we thought it actually started at 7:30. But overall it was worth the wait, just harder when you have little ones. But now that I know that, I’ll plan accordingly next time. Also, if you buy tickets online, you still need to get physical tickets when you arrive. Tickets on phone (apple wallet) are no good at the door… go to box office first before waiting in line!

Went to see A Christmas Story dinner theater show. The production was really good. Free parking is nice. But the dinner service was probably the worst of any I’ve been to anywhere. One of our party of four was served right away but the rest of us had to wait 20+ minutes for our meals. Some of the meal was too salty while other parts had none. Portion size varied widely as well. So 4+ stars for the show and facility but 1-1/2 stars for the meal service.

My husband and I are out of town on Thanksgiving and searched for a place that was open. We saw that this place was open and took reservations. We have never had a worse Thanksgiving meal in our lives! It was like we were caught in a bad dream. When we walked in, there was no one to seat us or give directions as the people piled up behind us waiting to get in, my husband finally went and asked the lady cleaning tables and she flippantly pointed us across the room and said to see the lady in the black shirt. The turkey was that rolled kind. Were they mix white and dark together; it was stone cold. The green beans were horrid. The whole meal was awful. it's Thanksgiving for crying out loud you can have real butter for your rolls I mean literally nothing was homemade, either go the extra yard for Thanksgiving, or don't open up! Oh, yeah, the pie was gross...

I went to the BBQ dinner and then the live show. Both were excellent the dinner had a great performance by a bluegrass group food was good too. The Shepherd of the Hills play was amazing! Well acted and expertly staged and produced. It's what started the whole Branson entertainment scene. Plenty of action, live animals, and some humor thrown in. I enjoyed myself immensely.

We saw the Million Dollar Quartet. The put on a very entertaining show about Sun records, featuring Carl Perkins, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and Jerry Lee Lewis. Two hours of entertainment with history interspersed. The musicians were excellent! The food served was also very good. The wait staff was very efficient. Would go see them again if there are playing nearby.
