Came here for a nice dessert after dinner with family on fall break after seeing all the tiktoks raving about this place. Let’s just say it was extremely overhyped. I understand that this is not the workers fault whatsoever, but they were completely understaffed. 2 girls working only and it took over 30 minutes to get our shakes and they were pretty busy. They need to staff better. The prices were insane for the mediocre shakes we received. the cookie dough looked and tasted like play dough. all together just felt like a massive waste of time and disappointment.

Super good ice cream and depending on what you get they also have good brownies and toppings for the giant ice creams! Definitely suggest sharing because my husband and I couldn’t finish this!

05/22/25 Waited an hour for our ice cream and never received it. Had to ask for a refund. Wasted an hour of my family’s time while on vacation. I would not recommend.

Loved the Peanut Butter Monster
Our first time at any, The Yard and it did not disappoint whatsoever! Clean, neat, very nice employees and the ice cream creations are out of this world! My daughter got the cookies and cream and I got the strawberry cheesecake. Soooo yummy! Great experience and we will be back!

Icecream was delicious, little pricey but the kids love it. Girls behind the counter were catty and were whispering back and forth to each other when we asked questions. If the kids weren’t so excited to be there, we would have walked out. I hope other customers who are from out of town and happy to experience the yard, are not treated the same way.
