Stellar food and service, this small cafe is definitely a must to stop by at when driving through. The breakfast panini was so delicious and the smoked salmon platter was cooked perfectly. Comforting atmosphere and very good vibes. Highly recommend to stop by and give this place some love.

If there’s one place in Branson that truly deserves the title best restaurant, it’s Transylvania Cafe.
From the moment you walk in, the quality is obvious. The ingredients are fresh and it shows in every single bite. Their breakfast is unmatched, hands down the best in Branson. Everything is made with care, from perfectly prepared classics to dishes that feel elevated without being pretentious.
The coffee and espresso is exceptional. Whether you’re ordering a simple cup of coffee or a crafted espresso drink, it’s clear they take their coffee seriously. Rich, smooth, and expertly made, easily the best coffee spot in town.
And the desserts? Absolutely top tier. High-quality ingredients, beautifully made, and never overly sweet. You can taste the craftsmanship and intention behind every dessert they serve.
On top of all that, the service is outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, exactly what you want when you’re starting your morning or winding down with coffee and dessert.
Transylvania Cafe isn’t just a great stop, it’s a destination. If you’re in Branson and care about quality food, excellent coffee, and warm service, this place is an absolute must.

Recommended dishes: Tiramisu
We just visited today and though the tiramisu was delicious, I will probably never visit again. To start off, we went in and were standing in line to order. There was a group of us. My dad leaves the line to go to the bathroom and the man at the counter yells at us that the bathroom was only for customers, and I’m like “What do you think we are? We’re trying to order.” Then we’re standing there waiting for our piece of tiramisu to be plated and handed to us when he starts yelling at us again that we need to get out of the way of the register so other customers can order. There was one other person in line and we were still waiting for our tiramisu to be handed to us. I could maybe understand his frustration if it was super busy in there but aside from our group, there were only about 5 other people in there and most of them were already sat at tables. So we quickly ate our tiramisu and left. I wanted to order macaroons but after that treatment I was just done and ready to get out. I come to Branson every other Christmas and will not be visiting this bakery again the next time I’m in town.

Just stopped in for a breakfast croissant sandwich on our way back home. I can’t recommend this bakery enough!! Absolutely the best breakfast and coffee ever. Coffee is cheaper and better than Starbucks.
We stopped in for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised by how generous the portions were. The cabbage rolls (sarmale) were absolutely delicious, and the Transylvania panini was amazing—flavorful, hearty, and very filling. They also have a great selection of coffee and drinks. And to top it all off, the cannoli was the best I’ve ever had. A wonderful place to enjoy authentic flavors and relax!

My husband and I love this place. Delicious pastries and a good cup of hot coffee helps to start the day. We try to visit once or twice a year when we are visiting from Tennessee.

We are locals and love to support delicious local cafes/ restaurants. We love that the owners put love into every part of their food( desserts or main menu food)! Also they have keto and gluten free items. We come here constantly and we have an Airbnb Serendipity Suite here in Branson and we refer as much as we can to guests and friends.
