Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The crew was fantastic. They have a new guy named Kevin who said he's been there about a week, he's friendly and very courteous. Jonah was also helping Kevin out. They both worked really well together. It's nice to see a team atmosphere. The food was very well prepared. The smoothies were great. Will definitely be back for more!

Friendly staff but unfortunately the smoothies were mostly ice, so not only could we not drink them because they were a bad consistency but they didn’t taste right. Tropical smoothie is one of my favorite places so not sure if it was the staff this particular evening not being well trained or the franchise owner trying to save money by using way more ice than real ingredients. My wife’s cup had about an inch and a half empty at the top, also not normal.

the lady with the red hair were so rude to me, the others was nice but idk what i did to this woman to get an attitude but ok

also the drinks was terrible 0/10

We went in to get a wrap at 8:40pm they close at 9, we were told that they do not make or sale any food because they had to clean up and they only sell smoothies after 8:30 I assume, we left without spending any money it is a shame that customer service isn't what it used to be, they should probably go ahead and change their closing time to 8:30 so the employees can leave earlier.

I love that I can get a completely healthy smoothie and meal for an amazing price! The smoothies have enough calories and are filling enough to take the place of a meal. I love all of the options, too. Sometimes, the service is slower, like when there are a bunch of people ordering smoothies and food and only one person working. That just requires me to be more patient and slow my day down.

The whole smoothie was full of chunks of fruit and ice, and I couldn’t even use the straw because of the slimy pieces of un-blended banana in the bottom. I had to chew the smoothie to eat it, and it was honestly really gross.

Ordered a delivery order for a smoothie and a chicken bacon ranch flatbread without the flatbread. The smoothie is perfect but the chicken back ranch didn't have ranch, but it was full of MAYO. they replaced the ranch with straight mayo. It was disgusting. I couldn't eat it.

Dirty and slow. Took forever to get a sandwich. Smoothie was done by Rosalina 10 minutes before the other girl made sandwich.

They do not offer different sizes and I personally think that seven dollars for a smoothie is kind of outrageous when I can go to McDonald’s and get one for four dollars with tax Just don’t waste your money here
