Came in to get a smoothie at 8pm website says they closed at 9pm then saw a sign outside that stated “winter hours starting december 1st” with no hours to go with it. how is anyone supposed to know when we can come or not ? called repeatedly to get the winter hours and watched them blatantly ignore the phone while it rang. unprofessional.

One must be patient as everything is made fresh to order. But of course that is why everything is so delicious! The staff is very friendly and we're willing to help me the first few times I ordered because I was very lost. I watched as other customers came in and out, it was obvious who were the regulars and it felt like family talking to family. I watched as one little boy started to walk up to the door. The shift lead, who went by "mama," pulled out three straws. When the little boy came in he got to pick which straw he wanted. This was obviously a routine for them. It may seem like nothing, but as a mom I know how special those moments are for our littles. Way to go mama!

Walked in to the shop. No one greeted me. Sttod there for 5 minutes and was completely ignored. It was a hot day and was really looking forward to a good smoothie. Guess I was high class enough for them. There were two ladies there and only one other customer. Won't be going back.

We've only had smoothies here. But, they're great!
