Horrible experience.. staff is rude and disrespectful. I asked for ranch they purposely gave me the wrong sauce. When I went back to ask for the correct sauce the guy with the beard made me feel like a moron for asking for the correct sauce and then wanted me to pay 0.50c for the right sauce. Why should I have to pay for sauce they messed up on. If your on Branson make the trip to Springfield for Wendy's horrible experience.

SERIOUSLY?? NO MORE TEA?? Tea is literally the simplest drink to make other than water. Apparently it's too hard to brew tea anymore absolutely ridiculous

I had a messed up order and the manager Eion (pronounced Ean/Ian) promptly fixed it hassle free. It's the best wendys in town. You won't get better service at either of the other 2 locations in branson. Thanks Eion, customers are more likely to return if they experience an issue and it's fixed rather than just having a good experience.
