Disgusting service. Incorrect food received. In addition, my frosty was unmixed. Neither my husband nor I received a straw. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went through the drive through, we were in a rush. I didn't eat because I didn't want the CRAP they gave me instead of what I ordered. I REPEAT: HORRIBLE!

Ashley (said she was new), was very friendly! She helped me right away starting with a smile and cheerful tone. She was pleasant to interact with and seemed to enjoy what she was doing! I truly appreciated her kindness during this experience!

I had originally ordered a salad that was made incorrectly, but as soon as I went back to get it fixed, Adrian had helped me out in the nick of time! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She fixed my order and helped make things right since I have a severe food allergy. Thank you so much Adrian!!

Fail Bonds

Have been in a few times without too much of an issue other than some heavier wait times on some orders, which im usually fine with.

However, today's pick up was met with a rather rude encounter. My order was placed via mobile and was set to be a carryout to take back home with me. Its about a twenty to twenty five minute drive to this location for me, so it took me a few minutes to arrive. I was met by one of their female staff who clocked me as being this particular mobile order. I affirmed that, yes, I was there for that order.

Come to find, they had it set on a tray as if I had chosen to eat in. The woman explained to me in an extremely exasperated manner that they had been calling and calling and calling my name. I explained warily I wasn't here to answer because I had it set as a carryout and had to drive to come pick it up. I was met with the attitude that she didnt care how it was ordered, as long as the order was right... as if I had somehow offended her??? Or was making a big deal of it when I was just explaining the misunderstanding??? And was made to feel guilty as I stood there watching her place the food in a carryout bag. I was thankful when she went out of her way to swap the fries out to a new batch without me even asking since she noticed they were cold. But then was promptly disappointed again when I mentioned having also ordered a large rootbeer and was met with an annoyed tone telling me I could fill my own drink. Which.. again.. I dont have an issue with, I just needed an empty cup to do so.

I can understand being busy, and mistakes happen. As someone who has worked in retail, myself, I try not to make a fuss about small mistakes. But making a customer feel bad for mistakes that werent theirs is out of pocket.

Food came out cold I was not happy about my experience and the manager acted like it was no big deal. I asked for fresh fries and was given cold fries again so I asked again for fresh food.. No apologies or anything... Restaurant was dirty and employees was gossiping about other employees. I want be back!!

I want to start off my saying Tammy was amazing and such a sweet wonderful woman. She was very helpful, respectful, and patient. The only reason I can’t put 5 stars is because the manager, Julie, was very rude and condescending towards Tammy. I’m not sure if she was training Tammy but Tammy would ask her a question and Julie would snap at her in front of customers and be very rude. Tammy is awesome and is doing great!

Thank you Tammy. She was friendly and welcoming, her boss Julie was not. Manager created a hostile environment and made us want to leave but Tammy went above and beyond to create a friendly and welcoming restaurant.

Ive never seen a dirtier Wendy's. The soda machine was the worst. The ketchup was busted they handed out packets. Soda machine was broke and dirty. I was hesitant to eat there. The girl at the register was pleasant.

The staff were not helpful, there were people standing at the counter for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. The staff were all focused on drive through and no one on inside. We even observed an argument between staff members. Mobile orders are somewhat misleading because, according to the staff, are not prepared until you show up to the location, that saves no time at all. Our food was freash though...
