The 4pm crew on August 1st did fantastic. It was rush hour and service was still fast, they were still polite, and the gentlemen working the drive through were extremely polite, not just to customers but to other staff.

Waited 10 minutes after asked to pull up and wait for nuggets. At least the damn nuggets were fresh! I would like to had a correctly made sandwich to accompany my fresh nuggets. I figured waiting an extra 10 minutes would give them plenty of time to correctly make my sandwich. I was wrong. I was the only person in the drive thru. How do you mess it up? Loved the fries just dumped into my bag: Why have containers if you don’t even care what goes into the bag? Overall the same poor experience going through this Wendy’s.

Best Wendy's I can remember going to. The food, well it's Wendy's so you know what you're going to get. The counter guy was great and made the experience better than expected.

Hi, I hate to be this person but I’ve never had a bad experience at a fast food place and this is actually the first review I ever make on a restaurant. I went to go get breakfast this morning and the person who took my order, got my order wrong which is fine. I’m not complaining about the food but the service that was provided. I asked if my food could be fixed and what seems to be the manager which I believe her name is Trish, kept shrugging her shoulders and said “I don’t know”, “I don’t know, what do you want me to do about it?” And then eventually I said “I do not want this” and she took it back then I repeated what my order was supposed to be and she told the person next to her “what is she saying”, “I don’t know what she is saying””I don’t understand her” and kept repeating that and eventually walked away. in my opinion, it’s really rude coming from a person whose English was not the first language but also my English is not bad at all. Then she proceeded to not give me the right order again, which at the end of the day, I just gave up and drove away. She really frustrated me and I called to complain and she happened to answer and I said I ordered something she “claims” is not on the menu the day before today and she continues to reply with “ well I was here all day yesterday and I don’t remember that being a order” which at this point, she is calling me a liar then continues to offer the same order I wanted but I said no, and thank you because I don’t want anything from that place again, if it took that many tries to get what I wanted in the first place. This is the worst experience, I’ve ever had there. I always go there and employees are always so kind and lovely, on the other hand she was not that case. I will not be going there anymore. I felt so disrespected by the manager (Trish) but on the other hand the other girl was sweet.
