Not sure what happened to this location but we used to never have issues. The last two times we've eaten here, the order has been wrong. Tried calling and they don't answer the phone. I'm done paying $13 for a meal and not getting what I ordered. Wendy's has always been my go-to for fast food but we will not be back.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have lunch on 2-20 and I have a 30-minute lunch break. I spent 27 of it waiting for food. I work nearby and used to come here multiple times a week, but the quality of service has gone significantly downhill. This place cannot handle more than three orders at a time. I felt bad for the few employees that did decide to work as they have been severely under staffed for months until I saw how rude and unprofessional they were at addressing the issue. I had not been in several months hoping that it had gotten better, and it has not. Most drinks were out of order. Food was sitting due to the huge wait and thus cold for myself and everyone getting theirs, with multiple couples upset and demanding refunds or remakes. I had to shovel my cold and stale food down my throat and was still late to work and didnt have time for a remake. I will not be going back here and will tell everyone to avoid it. If this place cannot maintain employees, they should be closed. I have seen employees come and go like crazy and I can't imagine why. You couldn't pay me $30 an hour for that job.

My fish sandwich was over cooked. The lines are very slow, I think fast food is to fast . Either in a heat lamp waiting to be served or soggy fries, or over cooked food are just some examples.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I love Wendy’s food but this store has to be horribly managed. The time to wait is always ridiculous. So many times, I pull in and see the line and just leave. I have been patient and waited and multiple times it’s been over 30 minute waits. And it’s no different if you go inside. The one on highway 76 is so much better. Worth the drive. Wish management would figure something out and fix it.

It never fails at this location. 3 Dave's double combo with no pickle or mustard, saturated with mustard and was not fit to eat. Cold, stale, fries, what a waste of $40+.
